This location has been terrible for about a year now. Very slow service, closed sometimes with no signs indicating so. The foods been terrible, I usually get breakfast, it’s sometimes cold. I had ordered pancakes, there was no cutlery or butter in the bag, when I opened the box the pancakes were in a pre package bag, it looked like it was frozen and then heated up in a microwave and the taste was just nasty, it was not eatable.
Super rude staff, lobby is always locked so when they mess up your order they expect you to wait another 20 mins in the drive thru, and when you try to call they let it ring and then it disconnects. I am sure the rude staff is due to the shortage they are obviously dealing with but it would be super smart of the owners to train soft skills to their employees. Kindness goes a lot farther when customer need to be patient.
Some locations...like the 2 in Blaine for instance, are pitiful. Food can be good. They have the best spicy chicken! But they RUN OUT ? of that. OnePlace admitted that, "It was a hassle" to make. Another said computer down. Unable to serve me.One guy had FILTHY hands??Long waits. Short help.
These two girls atThe store have single handledy reopen the store. act like a owner by always being professional. They should get paid what the owner does cause they are doing it. Like most workers we work hard cause it's in us. Pay them so much that it's embarrassing to every other company around here. Make people feel proud about working here
I am very dissatisfied. This is the worst BK to order from. I’ve went here twice now and they messed up my order both times. The first time my whole order was cold and they didn’t do anything about it. The second time they didn’t give me what I ordered. They lost a customer here but there are other BKs that I can go to. They don’t do anything if your order gets messed up and that’s just ridiculous.
Today was the first time in a few years I had BK and it wasn't gross.All the food was fresh and the staff was friendly. The freshness of the food REALLY makes a difference, old patties and fries are very noticeable at some locations.I will come back for another lunch!
I'm sorry I want to like them but I'm can't, please don't waste your time. you wait forever and the foods horrible, No condiments besides a piece or 2 of shredded lettuce and if luck a dime of ketchup. Last 2 times we threw all our food away besides the fries. I hope you guys get better You're always kinda of nice though, I'm hoping things get better
Once again… I tried giving it a second chance and getting breakfast from this location. Arrived at 8am which is two hours after they’re supposed to be open. Their drive thru sign and order box was flashing and on yet no one took my order. This location shouldn’t even be open anymore they’re NEVER around to actually take your order. Unbelievable how I go there twice after they’ve opened and with employee cars parked out front and both times no one took my order. I’ll write in to corporate to let them know their location isn’t operational but doubt they’ll actually care.
Very cold food and hard burger buns.Not worth the waiting for or buying.This is the 2nd time with this burger King.Need better cook. Frys taste old like yesterday day frys.
Forgot part of the order, no napkins, tried to call to let them know and they don’t answer the phone. Normally I don’t complain, but prices soaring everywhere they should get it right
