Overall a decent experience. There's a lot of space inside the building, many places to sit from booths to small bar stool like tables, the outdoor seating area, and then the actual full service bar itself. One of the nicer looking Buffalo Wild Wings that I've been too and usually not that busy.

My visit was unusual as I've visited Bdubs all over the country and 99% of the time my wings take no less than 20 minutes to come out... My order came out within 10 minutes. This was an order for a family of 5 which was very impressive. Excellent service to go along with the good wings.

The waitress we had was great! Food was good. Also gave my daughter a nice dessert for her bday.

While the food was good, the way they brought it out was ridiculous. The server warned us each dish would be brought out as it was done to serve it hot and fresh. There were 5 of us and the first dish came out in 2 minutes. While I know the wings are made ahead and just sauced, there was no reason to hurry the order up. A few minutes later 2 more orders of wings came out. Then after another 5 minutes a sandwich came out. We still didn't have our appetizers. They came out a few minutes later. Why 10 minutes after most of the orders? Finally after at least another 10 minutes I got my sandwich. I only ate part of it because everyone else was done and waiting for me. The concept of hot food might be good, but it could be done much better with a little planning. My advice is If you're getting appetizers, don't order food until you get them.

Went to B dubs and got a buffalo wedge salad. See picture. Maybe 3 ounces of chicken and the sole of my shoe was more tender. I couldn’t cut the chicken with my knife.

Not the best service. We were there to watch the NBA playoffs which was obvious, so we were clearly going to be there for a few hours. Waiter kept bringing us the bill every time we ordered something. As if he was hinting for us to leave? I’ve never seen a waiter just bring me the bill continuously without asking me if I was ready to pay… Also, someone else was doing everything for him. He was pretty much only taking the orders and then a random worker would serve. How am I supposed to know who to tip when you’ve got one person taking the orders, another person serving my drinks, someone else serving the food, and another different person refilling the waters? They also took away our water cups at the beginning of the 4th quarter when they clearly saw us watching the game… it seemed like they wanted us to leave so badly. The waitress also decided to keep the 50¢ in coins that was supposed to come back with my change. I was gonna leave it in his tip anyway, but since he tried to pull a slick move, I tipped him a lot less than I would have. Planned on tipping $5 plus the 50¢ but only gave him $2. But now that I think about it, I should have left no tip! I’ll gladly never waste my time or money at this place ever again in my lifetime, and you all should do the same ? and no I’m not gonna fill out your little FAQ. I don’t care about your business enough to help you improve it. I just wanted to let it be known that it sucks.

I ordered boneless wings for takeout. I only did so because I had a gift card. Pros: friendly host directed me to where to grab my order, and the order was correct and hot when I picked it up. Cons: totally overpriced. Over $1 for each tiny wing. The food was mediocre, at best. The sauces are good, but that's about it. Food is low quality and you can get better wings for cheaper at just about any place that sells boneless wings. Will be giving my gift card away.

Ordered from this store! They did not send all the food! Will not issue refund!

Every time we order from this location something is missing. Once we were given boneless wings instead of traditional. This may seem like a preference, but in fact we order traditional because my wife is allergic to the breading. This could have turned into a huge medical situation. Bags and packaging are always a mess and gross to open, don’t even feel comfortable holding it and have to set it in the floor of the car. Complaints are always “resolved” with a “so sorry here’s a gift card”. Our most recent visit was by far the worst. Fries were burnt. After finding THREE wings with FEATHERS on them we stopped eating. Are there more in the bowl? Probably. Will I be looking to find out? No. We have photos. We saved the wings and will be bringing them back to the restaurant tomorrow. Something this bad does not get resolved by redoing our order and giving us a gift card. This was disgusting and unsafe. We expect BWW to reach out with a proposal on how they intend to make this right.Updated: we returned to speak to a manager. He refunded the meal and promised to pass along our contact info for upper management to call. He said we would hear back within a week. It has been 3 weeks. We will not be returning to this location; my wife refuses to eat anything from here and frankly the mention of BWW still makes us want to vomit almost a month after this experience.

Manager Jill encourages employees to mark takeout as “ready for pickup” within corporate guidelines, but often makes customers wait an additional 15-45 minutes. Ensure you check for missing items before leaving store. Manager does not issue refunds, but marks corporate concerns as complete.
