The best service ever!! Friendly, patient and accommodating staff make for a very enjoyable experience!! Great food, too!
Very slow service, then after waiting forever the waiter tells us that the burger we ordered was done a long time ago but they forgot to to the pizza in the oven. So we wait even longer and they apparently made a new burger (so they say) but they did deduct the pizza and burger from the bill.
Broadway Bar & Pizza has been my favorite pizza establishment for the past 40 years. I was introduced to Broadway Pizza back in the early 70's at the original location in North Minneapolis and still consider their pizza to be the best in the city's.
My boyfriend ordered me a Greek salad with chicken with our order and just brought it home. The menu said it said it comes with garlic toast. When he got home the salad had no chicken, no dressing, and no garlic toast (which they charged extra for the chicken). There was no romaine or iceberg lettuce, just dry leaves. So disappointed.
Used to do Lunch buffet at another location all the time, this one is close to home, but haven’t been often. It’s been too long and will try to go more often now. The cheese curds are some of the best (being from Wisconsin I’ve had the best) I can find in MN without crossing the border. The Bloody Marys are perfect! Enjoyed a good happy hour dinner with the wife.
I literally just ate the best tasting pizza ive ever had! If you haven't tried this, you gotta!
Fantastic food! Awesome service! Had a little hiccup with my order that normally I would have given 3 stars for but the manager Joel made everything right. So impressed with the level of customer service provided by Joel! Thought that was becoming a thing of the past!
My latest experience here was horrible. We ordered an appetizer and a large pizza for delivery. Order placed at 5:15 p.m. Estimated arrival time was 6:30 p.m. At 6:55 p.m. we called and the manager answered and stated they were short staffed and our food was leaving in 10 minutes. No apologies were given. The food didn't arrive until 8:00 p.m. It took almost 3 hours for pizza and and appetizer to be delivered 1.5 miles away.
Broadway has been our pizza parlor for many years, and invariably we do take out. The drill is always the same phone in the order, and 25 minutes later pick it up and take it home. Today, for $53.03, we purchased Italian cheese bread (8 thick slices), wings (16, deep fried), and a build your own large, thin crust with garlic alfredo sauce, Canadian bacon, jalapenos, onions, black olives and green peppers. It tastes fine-- after we reheat the whole order. And we only live a few minutes away.We recommend, therefore, that people place their orders in person rather than over the phone. It is to be hoped that this will allow you to walk out the door with hot food rather than cold.
