Great food. Parents came to visit from Wisconsin and we enjoy it.
I really enjoyed the brunch experience. We had Jordan as a server and none of us ran out of beverage before he had refills to us. I can't even say how much we enjoyed the food enough. We ordered walleye appetizers and we liked them so much that we ordered more. I got the eggs Benedict and I ate until I was absolutely stuffed. I can't wait to go back
Great atmosphere. Friendly staff - Mason was our server - very nice young man.
Pro: Breakfast steak is amazing. Negative: Our waitress this time was not good Taylor M. She didn’t bring things we asked for like refills and salt/pepper or steak knives. She never asked if we wanted water until we were done eating. When she did come to our table she did a fast run by dropping things off and not asking if there was anything else we needed. The two other groups in the dining area appeared to get good service. The person who brought our food from the kitchen was wonderful and asked what we needed she brought the steak knives. Slow service overall. Disappointed because I love this place for breakfast steak and eggs. Also haven’t had a good experience with bar mixed drinks so don’t recommend. Two stars are for the food quality and past servers otherwise would have given 1.
The Bricks Burger is a simple but strong classic combo.
Food was great!! We had the bourbon shrimp in cheesy grits for an appetizer and it was AMAZING!! Our entrees were good - we both had burgers. Service was very good. Drinks were always full and waiter was attentive. Great dinner on Mother's Day!!
We’ve had the same server every time we’ve gone and he always remembers us :) BTW his name is Mason, request him, you won’t be disappointed! the ribeye is to die for and if you want something more light, get the salmon. Their martinis are strong too!I added some pics of the other times we’ve come here, :)
While the flavor and texture of their Walleye bites appetizer was very good, the portion size was ridiculously small and not a portion size to be shared. Definitely not worth the price I paid. I think it was $16.
Came here for a Friday night dinner. Got there around 9 and was sat after a few minutes. They weren't too terribly busy. Our server was really nice and attentive. She honestly didn't miss a beat. The beer selection was really good. I like that they had a lot of local options for me to explore. We started out with the Walleye fingers which were perfectly done and split the steak tacos and elk burger for entrees. We enjoyed both dishes but I agree with others that the elk burger was lacking an element so I ordered a side of the pickled vegetables off of the Hoisin Chicken tacos and used them on the burger. It was PERFECT. The Drunk Hunter is just missing a bit of tang to level out the sweet and savory aspects of the burger. The steak tacos were perfect just the way they were made. We finished off dinner with a skillet cookie and aged cocktail. Tonight the selection was a Snickerdoodle cookie and Old Fashioned. Would definitely come back.
I ordered the mushroom pizza and it was perfect! My husband ordered a cheese burger. Everything tasted fresh and amazing. The inside is fantastic for having drinks and food, very industrial and modern decor. Huge bar area. There is a fire pit outside that is great to sit at in nice weather.
