Great ice cream! Prices are great for the amount you get. This is a "single" but it filled up the whole bowl. They also have unique sodas and candy. Service was great and employees are friendly.
Great place but almost every time we call to check before coming, they’re out of dairy free ice cream. Bummer since that’s what we need due to allergies
Big Dipper has delicious ice cream, good portions, and friendly service. They have a great variety of toppings and other menu options like sundaes, shakes, and malts. Stop in for a scoop or two - you won't regret it!
Poor customer service. They rushed us to make a choice and gave us unpleasant look. Maybe they don't embrace diversity. I went there with my family to support the community I lived in. It was not a good experience for me.
Last visit here, $18 for two cones. The server put two 2 inch little round scopes in a waffle cone. Going to DQ from now on.
Wonderful creamy and thick homemade icecream with lots of flavor options! I had chocolate brownie and liquorice. They have basic versions and unique ones likes lavender, pistachio, and coconut.

This was my most disappointing visit to Big Dipper Creamery, only because they were out of Black Raspberry ice cream flavors. HOWEVER, what it did was to allow me to try others flavors. The strawberry and apple caramel flavors were also extraordinary! SO, even if they do not have your flavor of choice, you can be assured that whatever flavor(s) you select, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
