Every time I go there it's about 7:00 at night and there's shake machine is always down what's the point of having ice cream if you're not going to serve it every time
Clean, good service. Had the new Wagyu burger and it was good, but a bit pricey.
The young man that took my order had very good customer service skills. I think his name was Austin. When I got to the end of my order, he asked if there was anything else he could get for me. Usually people just ask "is that it?" That irritates me & its rude. I just wanted to give a shout out to the hard working young man Austin. Thank you good sir! Oh, and the food was delicious.
Original cashier was amazing.Manager who took over so cashier could go on brake.Horrible experience.We ask to eat in.She threw everything in a bag.We ask for arby sauce.Bad attitude she threw in 26 packets of arby sauce.We only ask for 2.Customer comes in behind us.To explain she did not get her drink in drive thru.Horrible screaming coming from the manager.Customer uses colorful language she finally gets her drink.No good customer service from the manager
This restaurant is uncoordinated they allowed me to online order 20min before closing and even I arrived 8 min later they said we can't accept online orders an hour before closing. Really what kinda of this is that
Chicken tenders were awesome, and crisp crinkle fries! If I am going to do fast food, Arby's is the best!
I love this place! I miss the potato cakes though. Their chicken bacon ranch is my favorite followed by a regular with Swiss. Their shakes are too big however. The service is always good.
I love when Arby's has fish sandwiches. The staff were kind and friendly. The store was clean and patrons were not loud or unruly. All well behaved including parents with children and a group of 6 teenagers. I was very impressed.
My mom and I went there for my B-day.And we actually got to dine in no masks required.That's true freedom if you ask me.
Sit in drive through line for a half hour on my half hour lunch break. Keeping the lobby closed for what? Only restaurant in town keeping there lobby closed. Lazy. failed management
