Very poor customer service experience, food not well done as ordered, some items missing from the order. We requested to speak to the manager on duty. He didn't say a word of apology. The most and worst experience ever experienced in my entire life. Even after reporting to the manager, no positive outcome.No more apple bees for me and my family.
Our waitress was so helpful, she made sure we never had an empty glass. My husband got the fish and chips (fries), the fish was good but the fries had way to much seasoning on them. I had the Asian Chicken Salad, the dressing was already on the salad and it was to much. They should just do the dressing on the side, let the custome put the dressing on.
Very unprofessional female server! Handed me the food without eye contact and quickly said “have a good day!” and walked away. Not even a smile on her face at all! So unfriendly and unprofessional! Just horrible!
My server wasn’t the friendliest. My drink was terrible and didn’t look anything like the photo. Food was really good tho.
The food is good and decently priced. The servers have been a bit distracted but with being short-handed that's expected. Everyone is very polite though!
We were seated immediately, but since we didn't want a high top, we were put at a table away from any other customers. We were not checked in with at first for about 15 minutes. Finally the bartender noticed we weren't being helped. We were served by what seemed like a rotating group of people including the manager, the bartender, and at least two wait staff.The food was brought quickly and was delicious. Though their spinach alfredo bowl is NOT spinach alfredo. It's basically chicken and spinach hotdish in a bowl. My steak was delicious. Dessert was wonderful. Overall a good experience, but it was a rocky start.
I’ve only recently ordered takeout at this location, but if you do, expect to wait 20 minutes on the phone just to place your order. Then add another 20 minutes on top of the time that they say it will take until it’s ready. And this hasn’t only happened once. It’s everytime I order from this location. Very poor service.
A little short-staffed, server-wise, but the hostess and bartender pitched for excellent teamwork.Food came out quickly and was good. I wouldn't order the riblets again, too much black sauce and too much bone to chew around.
If the prices were cheaper, it would be 5 stars. The won ton tacos are the bomb! They have a lot of great items on the menu. They discontinued my favorite dessert of all time. A dark chocolate and raspberry cake. The service is always decent.
Was satisfied with the service and haven’t gone to an Applebee’s in so long. Server was nice. Food was good. No complaints (:
