Lately Taco Bell hasn’t been doing as good as it was. If I order a Cinnabon delight they almost always forget it. Also ordered some Doritos taco supremes and they do not have sour cream on them and some tacos didn’t have cheese either. Some employees are just very rude as well! But the nice employees they are truly a blessing! They always find some way to make things better.
First time in 15 years since ate here.... drive thru was busy but inside wasn't hot was so yummy and hot!!!

If I could give no stars, I would. This place denied our service over having two big orders and this kid (lol) said no over calling them out for it. Sad little place we have here, do not recommend.
Several times I have gone to this location to order something to eat. The last time was December 17th in the middle of the afternoon. I get that they are understaffed and lobby is closed but on that day with no signs and had a white Chevy parked to keep the drive thru blocked. If the place can’t be open certain hours as well do something to let patrons know. Proof management and owners are lazy and don’t care. Reason to quit going there.
Ordered my food on DoorDash to pick up. Waited for 30 minutes in the line and they refused to give me my food once I got the the window stating “I didn’t wait at the box long enough” okay well I sat at the box for awhile with no response. They told me if I had an issue with it that I needed to cancel my order or get back in line (which was another 30 min). I can see my order is ready and it was paid for but they refused to give it to me.
We had dinner at Taco Bell Bemidji tonight 11-16-2021 about 6pm and it was the best Taco Bell food we've ever eaten. We stop there a couple time a month and it's usually not all that impressive. I'm not sure if you got a new manager, cook or what but the portions were filling and delicious. I never write reviews for large chain stores but I'm making an exception for this exceptional meal. Thank you. I hope it happens again.....and again....

I wish that I could give them no stars so I guess I'll just go with one, I can't remember how many times they have forgot something or more than one thing from our meals. Tonight on 11-7-2021 they forgot two things from our order and instead of just running it out the door to us because the lobby was inconveniently closed they wanted us to go wait in an over hour line to get the two things that THEY forgot to put in our order. Won't be going back there again
I door dash as a side gig, the lobby is closed even for pickup, and I’m forced to go through the drive though. It sets me back about 20 minutes each time which brings my on time rating down.
