They care more about the drive thru than who's inside had to wait entirely to long won't go back to that location

Ordered a dragon drink today they failed to tell us they didn’t have dragon fruit. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes for them to question our refund and not even attempt to make this right. Dunn bros is looking a lot better.
Usually, I don't go to Starbucks, but this store was the only coffee shop in the area and along the route I was traveling.
I travel a fair bit and this Starbucks always has the nicest folks working that truly care about your day. Additionally the coffee is always made correctly and as quickly as possible even when there is a line. Way to go Bemidji Starbucks team!
Very bad experience here. The other baristas were super sweet but the barista kate was super rude. She was unfriendly and made me feel not welcomed.
Had to go thru drive thru twice couldnt take 2 separate orders she said then when we got thru drive thru the girl was very rude had to remind her it's ok to have a better attitude an smile ..drinks were good
