Sucked for spending 90$. The cheesy bread didn't even have cheese on half of it. Stay away.
Got the big box with chicken parmesan wings and upgraded to cheesy bread.....got back to the house and opened it up sausage pizza was a little on the chewy side of to side piecesThe cheesy bread was a loaf of bread with five lines indented on it with no cheese just dark circle of garlic's oil chicken parmesan was on point tho.
Very clean friendly and helpful. Would recommend their products...loved their pasta and the cinnamon rolls.. yum
absolutely ridiculous. I know everywhere is short staffed but should NOT take 2 hours to get pizza delivered to my house, in fact COLD pizza. All the food (pizza and wings) was cold when we got it. I tried to call 3 times to find out where my food was and no answer. Delivery driver was super friendly but other than that I was not impressed whatsoever.
I like the food but the service is a joke! I place a order for one pizza on many occasions it takes over 2hrs to get my food. Then you try to call and get forwarded to their stupid call center and then forwarded to the actual store and when they ACTUALLY pick up the phone you are met with very inpatient people with plenty of excuses on why it's taking so long. This has happend at least 3-4 times in a row.
More balance with toppings. I paid for 4 toppings - 2 veggies & 2 meat, but they loaded it with the veggies and hardly any meat on my pizza.
This time was betfer than the last 2 dissappointing times. But it was good overall.

I assume they inadvertently forgot one of our straight cut fries. That's fine: we all make mistakes. However the number available for customer service went to a busy signal if you chose the option related to problems with an existing order. So I'm sitting here having paid for something with no way to recoup the cost except to go out into 10° weather and drive miles to the store at 9:30pm. I haven't eaten at Pizza Hut for a few years but thought it'd be convenient to order in. Not so much: I'll never eat there again, due to their flagrant, deliberate disregard toward customer concerns.
