Low star from my personal experience at Perkins. Of the last 6 times that I have been to Perkins in Bemidji. 4 of them were no meal served because they either lost the food order, after taking our order, or we were not even waited on after being seated, by the host. I personally will not eat at Perkins again, not even if it's free. When you order food that is pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, shouldn't take 50 minutes to prepare, or just simply ignored after getting coffee and drinking the whole pot, watching everyone else that came in after you, get thier food eat and leave, and still you've not gotten yours.. ID SAY THERES AN ISSUE.
I would give more stars, but unfortunately, due to staffing issues, orders were backed up extensively. After 45 minutes waiting, we canceled our order and had muffins. They were great! They had the only cook leave during the busy time, and the staff did the best they could to make the orders. Hats off to them. They were very accommodating. I will go back, hopefully they have the answer to staffing everyone is looking for.
I had a coupon for my birthday for breakfast, so we stopped in. I havent had perkins in years due to not having one nearby. Our waitress was polite and friendly and she did a good job helping all the guests. I thought I would have gotten my salad prior to my meal but it worked out and was ok. The part that was confusing was using my perkins acct thing since I'm not familiar with their program and how it works.
Service slow orders incorrect and did was cold. The non refrigerated creamer curdled when put into coffee.
Delicious coffee and pie! very friendly staff.
We waited 20 mins to be seated then another hour for our food.. poor service
First time ever dissapointed with a Perkins breakfast smallest portion of greasy hashbrowns, micro thin bacon,glass of milk was$ 3.89Not pleased, my friends choices looked good and they were pleased

Very slow service but my food was good. Awesome deserts.
Ordered through Doordash and didn't receive all of our food. Called Perkins and they said we would have to go get it as they didn't make it and have it ready with the rest of our order. Which is fine, it happens. But if you're going to screw up someone's DELIVERY order causing them to have to go to the restaurant anyway you need to make it right. Give a coupon/gift card for the restaurant or at the minimum throw in a muffin or something. Food was fine.
