Terrible service, couldn't understand the person taking our order whatsoever. I highly recommend fixing this problem.
dear mcdonald’s of bemidji minnesota. due to your poor staff my friend had to sit on the ground, in the cold, (depressed), just to eat her ice cream because the employees didn’t put the lid on, so her dessert was dripping wet. (also found a crispy hair deep fried into my crispy chicken nugget)
The play place wasn't open and the store doesn't really have a great seating area outside of the play place. The staff was great and it was quick, hot and yummy.
We live four hours away we were hunting and got breakfast early in the morning and got our food and there was stuff missing but they charged us for everything we couldn’t go back because we were going hunting so I called and they said they’d send a gift card for everything they missed it’s been 6 months and never got anything
Great employee'sWhen they make a mistake, they fix it right away and apologize.Great 1st job for kids can work, they can start at 14yrs. old.??We have opened Lobby 7am - 7pm only. No Play place, yet.As for Drive Thru being open 24hrs. That won't be for a while. Still working on that on my end.. The one I work at is the one by the Lake - closing shifts.Yes we still close at 11pm in Drive Thru, until farther notice..Thank you?
Good but there was a pubic looking hair on my hashbrown so kinda lost my appetite ngl
So I really don't come to this Mcdonalds first time in over a year....got my order wrong and tried to over charge me. Totally a waste of time...maybe they will get your order right but there wasn't a line or anything and still got it wrong. When I tried to call back line was constantly busy.
Fries were cold and my crispy chicken sandwich was cold. Took forever in the drive thru. The lady who handed me my food was very rude
Very unfriendly customer services and the idiots don’t know what a plain quarter means. Got home and my sandwich was loaded with onion, ketchup and mustard. Not only that we had to remind the boar at the window to give us the rest of our order
Fast and friendly. But sometimes forgets some of our order. Some staff won't make a big deal about fixing it and then the other seems to make it a big problem...but otherwise it's a decent McDonald's compared to a lot of others I've been too...
