Perhaps the guy at the drive through today should have specifically asked me if I'd like a drink with my sandwich? Every other major fast food chain includes the beverage in their meal. It should not be assumed that beverages do not come with. He did ask if I want anything else with my meal. But did not mention drinks are extra. Poor experience. He even made it a point to tell me when I came back to the drive through that I did not say I wanted a trink.
I understand being short staffed but being closed on the weekends is a terrible business move.
My order was missing a regular sprite, the one sandwich that was ordered to be cut in half wasn't (being shared between 2 small kids) and took 20 minutes to deliver. Not freaky fast or accurate service.

It's Jimmy Johns. There is construction going on that affects the drive thru somewhat. So I went inside & ordered a 2 Turkey Tom's. They are fast, they get the order right, the food is fresh & they are friendly. Good Value for the money.
