1st off I'll say the breakfast are OK.But if you're getting anything else, it's not worth it I Ask for a hot latte, it was cold and only half full. The donuts were stale and no glaze on them. I can forgive a mistake but this kind of thing keeps happening over and over I will take my business elsewhere.
Only person in the store and no one in drive-thru when I pulled up. Did at the ice cream counter for at least 5 minutes while at least 3 workers looked at me, but offered no help. When I did get waited on, they clearly had no idea what I was talking about or what to do. All I wanted was a couple of fresh packed ice creams and you would have thought I was speaking a different language. Very disappointing...
Why anyone would subject themselves to the mediocre donuts, coffee and service found at Dunkin in Bemidji is beyond me. This is like the K-Mart version of an actual east-coast Dunkin Donuts.
When I enter your business, walk up to your counter to place an order, and an employee plays with her phone, prepares a drink for an unseen customer, handles some utensils, and does not even acknowledge my presence...well, don't be surprised if I walk out.Normally the service is great. Bad day?
This place was out of absolutely everything that we wanted to order! The staff was very rude and did not listen! Every coffee we ordered was messed up or there was something missing so they couldn't make it. Very dysfunctional and disorganized! Not how you should handle a coffee shop when you work in such a small town. I hope higher management can step in to do some retraining and get some good cups of coffee on the road to their customers with good service!
Went Sat at 11am, they had 5 employees working, which were focused on drive thru orders. Lobby was full, always a long wait.Go somewhere else
If you are looking for more coffee flavor and less sugar flavor then I highly recommend Dunkin. The staff is friendly and patient, and WOW are the doughnuts good!! I am not a huge fan of heavy sugar flavors in my coffee, but paired with their doughnuts (that have a lot of sugar) they even each other out. And if you're like me and don't like a lot of sugar but have a sweet tooth. Then 1/2 a doughnut will go a long way.

Extremely rude staff. No signs posting they were “closed to anyone except Door Dash”. Female employee has ZERO customer service skills. Unbelievable. How do they expect to be in business?
i walked in and most of the younger staff were on their phones, messing around, and drinking/eating! you’re not supposed to be goofing off when you have customers, get your act together. went through drive through and one of the girls had a nasty attitude and wasn’t trained correctly and had her mask below her nose, not sanitary at all. overall the food was pretty decent.
