Horrible horrible service. Order pizza and it sat their for 2 hours before someone brought me it and it was horrible. Next time ordering it sat for 45 minutes I called and they said they have 1 driver on schedule so would be 2 hours before they brought me it. Won't ever be going here again. Prices are good but man the service is horrible.
Both pizzas were perfect and delicious. I was delighted to get my fresh hot pizzas. They were delivered in a timely manner. Thank you, Bemidji Domino's.
Love Bemidji Domino's!! We really appreciate everything. Top notch customer service (ALWAYS!) with fantastic quality. Its also nice that my family can place larger orders if need be, & we're not paying an arm & a leg- plus, we always takes advantage of the coupons & specials, along with the pizza points for freebies. What's more, is they are so incredibly quick to boot!!! Thanks Domino's! Love you! ????
They still answer the phone and were very helpful with my order. I'm old school and dont want to order on computer or a damn app !!!! The pizza and sandwiches were great also.

Made an order 41 minutes ago. Tracker said it hasn’t been prepped. Called, put on hold. Toughed it out for 12 minutes. Hung up and called back. No answer.Took my $ in seconds, may take days for a couple of pies.
my pizza and 2 liter was left outside negative 12 degrees, specific intstructions to deliver to Alley side entrance as I live in a duplex. Instead of bringing delivery back to store it was left outside. I would like to speak to the owner as Sondra driver and Haley general manager were of zero help. waited over an hour n want a refund. its now after 8 pm, n am not willing to waot for another delivery as I ordered this BEFORE 7... HORRIBLE TRAINING
The last 2 or 3 times I've ordered Dominos and went to pick it up they've given my order to someone else. Yesterday I had to wait 30mins for them to remake my order. The food is consistently good...the service is not. I won't be back for a while.
Don’t recommend placing an order through Dominos if they’re busy. I placed an order for delivery tonight (12/27) that was accepted by the store and paid for by me. Not less than 5 minutes later, Hayley the General Manager called stating that the order couldn’t be fulfilled for whatever reasons. She continued to argue with us and refused to offer any sort of compensation when we offered to pick up the order instead of delivery. She accused us of asking for FREE STUFF when all we wanted was our pizza! She then hung up on an ALREADY PAID CUSTOMER and refused to answer any other phone calls.
