I ordered a turtle Sundae and a shake. Of course we love Culver's and their food is a treat. We waited for fifteen minutes or more. Everyone behind us was getting served. I went in the store to ask about our order. They had the desserts sitting in a cooler. I asked why we were waiting so long. He said the new policy said they don't bring out ice cream unless there is food with the order. I find this very ridiculous and not what I would call a good business practice. I'm very disappointed. That was such a long wait. I'll order McDonalds next time. They make great hot fudge Carmel sundaes and they will give you dessert without ordering food.
The manager at our Bemidji store really helped my child have fun bringing in custard for her birthday treat at school. He went above and beyond and it was great!
Good food, friendly service. Went through the drive through and wait time did not take long at all.
Food is good and greasy just what I wanted lol service was fast, staff was polite. I don’t eat like this everyday but it’ll satisfy that good juicy burger craving ?

I went here a few days ago. I really really enjoyed the food. It was very hot and fresh, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was absolutely amazing. When we went through drive they forgot our sauce which was fine, but after we got our of drive through my mom asked me to run in and grab it. Once I got in line one of the employees saw the receipt in my hand and very kindly asked if I was waiting for anything and it told them that we didn't get our sauce with our order, so they were very very apologetic and gave us 3 large honey mustard and ketchup. They had very friendly staff. We will most likely be going back next time we pass through.
Service was top notch, very friendly and personable. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Restaurant was impeccably and immaculately clean. Custard was phenomenal.
This location is following an absurd routine. They have one drive thru window and they simply process your payment and then send you around to park yards ahead while they prepare your order. Then an employee wastes the time to walk your food out in the elements to hand it to you half cold through your vehicle's window. The absurdity is stunning. Ignorance at its most prevalent level. But we're talking fast food workers in a day and age where reason has escaped most people. If you like cold food assembled by barely literate people expending the least amount of skill and energy possible, this place is for you. It's sad this place gets away with it, but with low standards comes low performance.
Atlantic Cod Sandwich to die for as well as the Pot Roast Sandwich. Our order was done correctly and with rapid identity. The employee at the window was friendly and alert.
We used to eat at the Bemidji Culvers almost daily. Then the pandemic hit and now we go through the drive-thru occassionally. A couple days ago I placed my order, went to the window to pay and they ran someone else's charge on my credit card. They had been having trouble with their system and it took some time to get the other charge off my card. They apologized and said that for the bother our order was free. However, they ran the charge on my credit card today.We like the food but usually have something go wrong with the order. I don't mind paying for the order, but this sort of thing happens over and over again. Our fewer and fewer visits are now no more visits.
