Fast and Friendly for Sure! We hit up Caribou’s drive-thru before heading west towards home. A very clear and friendly voice greeted us as we pulled up to make our order. Order taken! As we cornered the building to the pickup window, our order was ready and served up hot with smiling eyes! We sure could use more smiling eyes these days. Thanks! This made our day!

EXTREMELY RUDE!!! my family and I frequented this location often, we've typically been semi satisfied with the service (more times than none employees are rude) ... but we still didn't hesitate. We are loyalty members and loooove our coffee..... buuut when I last visited a few days ago, the girl who took my order was way beyond rude. She had a very sour attitude and kept cutting me off before i could finish my order! She seemed to be upset about something, or maybe just having a bad day. But this is no reason to take it out on your customers, this was very unpleasant, makes a person not want to visit there.
