I ordered the ultimate platter they forgot my tater tots. The cashier lady was polite and respectful but get back the workers in the bag where loud and obnoxious
Food is often cold and a couple times (from my experience) they stop serving breakfast before 10:30 am. Consistency would be nice.
Fries salty taste like they dumped whole bottle of salt on them. The chicken nuggets were dry af and had nasty after taste also cold and tasted not fresh.
Went in the drive thru tonight and it was PACKED!! Had a little snafu at the window and a worker got a minor attitude with me about it. No biggy I didn't take it personal I knew they were super busy and I'm sure stressed. We all need to have a little more patience during these times especially the holidays. I made sure to tell them I wasn't upset and its not a big deal. They wished me a good night and I went off on my way. See how easy it is to NOT be confrontational even in a high stress environment like they were in. There was at least 15 cars behind me..so to all the uptown bk workers tonight THANK YOU and we appreciate you?
Consistency on being open more than other Bemidji drive thru restaurants. It's Burger King, the rest is as expected.

Sat in drive thru for well over 35 minutes just to order (not counting the wait for our food) & when we got in line , we were the 3rd vehicle in outer line. 7 vehicles in inside lane ordered before we finally got to place our order!!! WORST SERVICE EVER
The service was great but the nuggets aren't very good. Now the whopper is a different story. But since I'd just had a tooth pulled I was stuck with the nuggets.
Purchased 2 double whoppers also paid for two n got two regular whoppers,they don't answer the phone to tell them they made an error after I get home. How sad is that. Tomorrow I expect a refund or another whopper
My brother and I stopped here late (9:30-10pm), driving a u-haul. We saw the lobby was closed and got out to walk through the drive-thru (u-haul is too big to fit through the drive-thru). An employee noticed us and waved us over to come inside. Due to staffing, they close the lobby/inside early, but the drive-thru is open until midnigjt. He let us in to order and I just want to give him and that Burger King a shoutout for being awesome and letting us giant-u-haulers have a late-night meal. We were going to do Arbys before that, but they were closed completely. Thanks, Dude!
