Good range of food and beverages.. I personally buy the same thing every time and I'm never disappointed. Boneless wings w/ dry rub of Buffalo-Spicy yet extremely delicious! Plus there is great customer service. As soon as I go into this establishment, I am greeted right away. Staff is so friendly. I always go on the website to make my order. That makes it so much easier for me! :)
Was very disappointed with our food. Food was cold when arrived. Order wasnt right. Our waitress rarely came to the table. We had to ask for the basic like napkins & silverware. Definitely will not be returning would not recommend. Food came out very slow.
Personally I did not like this place, but everyone else on our trip wanted to eat here. For me it was the small factor that made me want to leave, I liked the food, the smell of the wings made me nauseous. I'm going to give this place a good review because everything this place has is great. It just wasn't a place for me.
I must say had my daughters bday party as a last second here. We had 1 person wait on a group of about 25. He was phenomenal! We were well taken care of and it was appreciated! Thank you!
90% of the time our servers are great and kind.100% of the time food is cold.
What I thought was a rubber flooring later turned out to be carpeting that was so worn it was smooth with no design or texture. Smelled like a dirty restaurant also. Got our wings, 3 different kinds of traditional and sure…the meat was done…but the skin was thick and when we ate it, it was super elastic. I peeled it off so I could eat the meat but it was so underdone it was like taking off fresh skin from a chicken, rubbery and elastic. I couldn’t finish it. I then noticed the chairs had food crusted in the backs and in the cracks. Walls were black but could still see spilled soda lines all over it. Since I was at this point discussed and didn’t want to be there anymore, I looked at the floor under the table just to see if I could see the “carpet” but instead saw a small roach crawling under the table. Nope. Done. Never going back. Owner- You really need to deep clean this place. Replace carpet, deep clean seats more often, maybe fumigate.
If I could rate it 0 I would .. our waiter sat there ignored us even when trying to get his attention about 10 times (was way to busy watching tv) then working ….for more drinks and asked for dressing from 3 different people including my waiter and never got none and our food was cold and hardly got any fries with our food worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever gone too
Please update your online menu so the person that answers the phone knows what I'm talking about when I want a southwest Philly cheesesteak sandwich.
Wings were decent. Went there with two of my kids and had coupons for buy 6 get 6 free. Ordered 45 total and then gave the coupons when check came and they said I had to order them 6 at a time to use the coupons. So had no discount. This will be my last visit. National chain and can't even use the coupons unless I worded it correctly on order. Thanks for nothing BWW. You've lost a family customer.
Server seemed stretched to her limit, too many tables and she had no support. Manager walking around looking confused but not helping a server who clearly needed it. Food was not worth the price they charge
