Went to White Castle in Apple Valley you on (5/11) waited approximately 10-15 minutes for our food. We were thinking food would be hot & reason it was taking so long. It wasn’t, food was room temperature & cold fries. Terrible! Use to be the best. $19.00 out the window!
It's a White Castle. If you love it it's perfect. If you don't this one won't change your mind.I'm def in the crave case camp.
Nobody there had a clue what they were doing. Which is acceptable but the food tasted absolutely rancid and I end up throwing most of it away. Do not go here!
I stopped in today for lunch had a very good experience service was great food was great will be back very happy they are here thanks to all the employees that work there
I am so amazed with White Castle's breakfast!!! I didn't even know they had breakfast options until yesterday! The food is always perfect from this location.
They were short staffed of course but everyone had a great attitude. Food was great. Totally worth the wait.
My experience was not the best, my double chz burger was meat was kinda dry when ask for steam, why is that, it was not wat ask for yet I did not want to go bak inside rebuttal the fact, I think they should look at the burger and ask themselves will I eat it, b4 they give to customer, if u like good rating do better service with your food!
Friendly staff, though service was a bit slow. Food recieved was really hot and fresh however.
The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant. I didn't catch her name, but I believe my receipt said her number was 514.
