The remodel makes this location look modern and sleek. Felt much brighter and welcoming. Always has great value.
Food was cold, burger looked like it sat for a while. Mostly likely not following ServSafe protocols. Soda machine had built up syrup like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Honestly hope a food inspector comes in unannounced.
I was served a raw chicken sandwich this is disgusting…
I rarely eat out but we where starving and tired so we decided it was okay Until we look at our sandwiches this is so disgusting !! I am just hoping we don’t get sick
I ordered two large chillies that were cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Chillies looked like it came out of canned food and put into the cup! Waste of money and waste of time. Never coming to this spot again! Holiday hot dogs were more fresh than this location!
Cold chili. Soggy greasy burger with ripped wrapping. Might have to call it quits at this Wendy’s location. Kids meal missing the requested bbq sauce. This place has consistently gone down over the years. “Red eyed” employees could also be a factor.
French fries was delicious and crispy, but you forgot my jalapeños I requested for on my burger and got charged for it, also my sauce.
This honestly was probably one of the better Wendy's I have been to in a while. The staff was very friendly and fast. My order was correct and the food was good. I have no complaints
Terrible terrible location. I went around 11am the other day and waited around 10 minutes just to be even more disappointed. (Note) there was 1 customer in front of me and none behind me.. They couldn't figure out how to use my card non chipped version and brought my card to the back.. that's a huge no no in My book. Missing 1 sandwich. The buns were old and the meat was dry and terrible pretty sure it was from the previous day. I emailed Corp and no response. They don't care they just want your money. Go else where all locations seem to be headed down the same road. The Lakeville Locations manager is so disrespectful its insane. If they don't change soon wendys will be a thing of the past.
