Placed an online order at 115pm to pick up at 215pm. Got there and there was 2 customers eating inside and no one in the drive through. My order wasn't even started. Waited until 225pm to get 2 burritos and some cinnamon twists. Horrible service.
Usually pretty good but this time my soft taco was barely filled with meat and old lettuce. No cheese or tomatoes and no sour cream . This was supposed to be a taco supreme. Also I ordered a chili cheese burrito with sour cream. I got one spoonful of sour cream right at the end. I think I will pass on this place for awhile.
Yikes, you can just feel the stress of the employees. They are so nice but they’re stressed! Super backed up because of a lack of staff. Pay them better!
A legit 22 minutes from arrival until we got our food. We were there from 8:02 until 8:32. Very long pauses as it appeared that cars were being held at the menu board.We order two Mexican pizzas and chips'n cheese. We pulled ahead without checking our order, BIG MISTAKE! No Taco sauce, no utensils and no chips to go with our cheese sauce and no receipt.We hooked around the corner and immediately jumped back in line, but after 9 minutes and only moving ahead two cars we had already eaten most of our pizzas so we jumped out of line and went on our way....Pizzas were quite good and very well made so the team absolutely deserves adulation for that!
Ordered a crunch wrap supreme, got a soft shell taco with barely anything in it and it was cold, too long of a line to go back and correct my order. I have low standards for taco bell, but C'mon guys.
Worst drive thru in the area! My husband and I went to order breakfast and the guy working had zero patience and kept rushing us to order asking us several times if we knew what we wanted yet even though I had already asked him three times if we could please have a minute. It’s literally 9:30 am with no cars in the parking lot! We ended up just leaving and our our way through he yelled to have a nice day?major lack of customer service here!
Terrible management. Pretty sure the night crew is all high or something. Taking one order every 5 minutes and there’s a line of 20 cars in the drive thru. Just don’t seem to care at all. I would leave if I wasn’t picking up door dash
I'm not big on fast foods but Taco Bell seems to have a better quality food product. Their 3 tacos together are a great late night treat, stay away from the sodas, no nutritional value there at all, drink water instead.
Found the bag they reheat the black beans in my burritos. Be careful when choosing to eat here!
This place is poorly managed. Make sure you check your bag before pulling away from the drive thru. Chances are you did not get the sauces you ask for and never any napkins or utensils. My taco supremes are almost an empty shell. Absolutely pathetic.
