It's been awhile since I came here. There were enough staff on hand. Looked nice for dine in. We ordered 3 full size sandwiches to go. I was worried about bread being too hard. Surprise, it was just right. They had plenty of toppings. Parking was not bad . I'll go again .
today i went to the apple valley subway and order a meatball sub. when i took a few bites i felt something pocky in my mouth and took it out and it was a ROACHES LEG! i don’t know the name of the person but they were a red head and short around 4’11.
Paid almost $10 for this 6” with 2 pieces of paper thin turkey, 6 spinach leaves and 2 cucumber slices. One of the worst lunches I’ve had in a while. Extremely disappointed.
Not impressed with the staff or the way our sandwiches were prepared.
Left before I got anything because you've got one employee handling a family of three and the other guy is messing around on his phone behind the counter. Kind of unprofessional. Help your coworker.
Service was horrible!!! 3 young guys working on Saturday and didn't care how they made your Sub or what you wanted!!! Didn't ask me if I wanted a meal or anything,no napkins nothing!!!
Worst Subway I've ever been to. Neither of the workers seemed to speak English nor did they know how to properly ring up on the register.They seemed very annoyed that they had customers.Me: "black pepper"Worker: Points at jalapenosMe: "No, black pepper"Worker: Points at banana peppersMe: "No no, BLACK pepper"Then they tried to charge me more than what their menu said was the price for a meal (I understand theres tax but a 6" sandwich shouldn't have $2 in tax)They just stood there starring at me then the menu and just shrugged their shoulders. I ended up just leaving without a sandwich because I was just so frustrated in the experience.
I went there today and the guy that was working there was being so rude! He tells me to hurry up when I was searching for my cash to pay. I wasn’t that slow! He said that there’sa lot of customers waiting for their turn but when I look back there was only 2 people behind me. I don’t know what is wrong. I mean there’s 3 people working and he can just let someone handle it if he can’t. Why would subway hire someone like this? Bad costumer service. If this place doesn’t more customers, it’s of this guy’s mouth. I hope I am the last person that he treat this way.
Excellent service! Store was clean, they made my sandwich just right, and they were very nice to me. Will definitely go back.
We ordered through the app and when we got home we realized our food was made wrong. The melts are supposed to have 3x the cheese as stated on the website and this sandwich definitely didn't have 3x the cheese and the protein bowl was so drowned in ranch that it was soupy and inedible. So we called so we could get it fixed. The person on the phone who said he was a manager was rude and disrespectful and flat out REFUSED to remake our food the correct way. He told my husband that we didn't pay for triple cheese and when we explained that the triple cheese isn't extra because we ordered it as a melt and he said it didn't show up as a melt which is a flat out lie because it was grilled like one! He said that he made the protein bowl so he knows that it was the normal amount of ranch. I've had it made right at other Subways so I'm pretty sure that was a lie as well. Also, when my husband was at the restaurant he asked the guy how much a glass of ice would cost and the employee handed him a water glass and walked away! How is this guy a maneger if he can't even answer a simple question!? My husband ended up just buying a whole drink so he could get ice. First and last time coming here which is fine because by the looks of the reviews of this place, it won't be around very long. Seriously the sleeziest business we have been to in a long time!
