One star is being too generous. Did a mobile order, for pick up in store, only to arrive and find out the lobby was closed, but yet there were customers inside enjoying their coffee and laptops! Quite frustrating when my intention was to dash in and dash out—NOT having to deal with the drive-thru. Awful choice, Starbucks. Don’t let me order for in store pick up if that is indeed not an option!
It's the same Starbucks as others, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.
This Starbucks is always busy but my orders are always accurate and the staff is always welcoming. The drive thru can be a nightmare so I always recommend ordering on the app and picking up in person. It’s on Cedar, so it makes sense that it’s busy.

Went in to get a macchiato and a bacon Gouda breakfast sandwich. I let them know I wanted to redeem stars because they’re about to expire at the drive up menu. I then asked again if I was able to redeem my stars at the window, and the person said yes. So, they scan my card in the app, didn’t use the stars so I paid full price, and then dropped my card out the window so I had to struggle out of my car to grab it. Which was a little stressful, but the worst was when I walked in (they weren’t accepting orders inside) I asked if they were able to refund/re-ring up the order so I can use these dumb stars before I can’t. And, the person I spoke to told me there was no way for them to do that, and that there was nothing they could do in a really snarky tone. I wasn’t going to be a Karen, so I just said okay, and left. But, I worked at Starbucks just 3 years ago and I’m almost 100% they can fix the order and just didn’t care to. This location is a mess, and I get that customer service is stressful, but being blatantly rude to customers that’re just trying to respectfully, and kindly get their orders fixed is kind of unacceptable. Do better.
Every time I come here the service sucks, and I’ve worked in food service/coffee for 7 years. Please don’t waste your time, and go anywhere else. There’s a better Starbucks in Burnsville up cty rd 42.
Went to this Starbucks yesterday and ordered my usual. Caramel ribbon crunch frappe with an extra shot of expresso, extra whip and extra crunchies. My drink wasn’t blended, the were NO crunchies on it and a tiny star of whip. I also ordered a warmed chocolate croissant that was cold. It was the icing on the cake for a already rough morning.
Couldn't buy a coffee because they were only taking online orders and not walk-ins... Highly disappointed.
Very popular location so be prepared to wait in line (it goes fairly quick). The customer service is GREAT and I'm so glad that I tried the new iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte and bacon egg bites! DELICIOUS! ?✨
