First time at a Smashburger and food was good, but loved the Brussel Sprouts. Derek at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. Will be back when in the area again.
Perfect size portions, amazing milkshakes and delicious food!! Staff is super friendly!! One of the best burger places in the south metro
WORST front of house staff in a quick service restaurant I've ever experienced. The food is fine, but the people up front have the worst people skills. I'm not a picky person, but 3 straight trips here have resulted in various inexcusably bad experiences. Clearly this is a poorly trained and managed staff. Just go to the Burnsville location if you want Smashburger. If you're the owner of this restaurant, you need to have a serious discussion with your management ASAP.
This location is great! They even have cream ice, which I love. Clean, well-stocked, and delicious. Definitely recommend if you love Smashburger.
Fries are the best, delicious. Easy fast, and friendly service. Great employees working hard to satisfy the customer.
Placed an order online for 3 burgers and 2 fries. Not one was made correctly. The bacon smash burger (no customization) had pickles on it. Yes, this is an easy fix, but should not be needed. The avocado bacon club burger (customized with pickles) had no avocado, no bacon, had cheese, and was on a spicy bun. The black bean burger (customized with no onion, subbed melted cheddar, spicy bun) was on a regular bun. Instead of 1 large and 1 reg smash fry, rec'd 2 large smash fry and 1 reg french fry; the reg fry was uneatable. We have not ordered here in at least 3 years due to not making malts any longer and poor service. But tried again as the person who likes malts was not here. Besides the mix-up on the order, the quality & quantity of food has substantially reduced. We will not be back; we will continue to go to Culvers where they have malts and the order is rarely incorrect - even during since Covid. I do understand there are probably staffing/training issues due to pandemic. But an entire order mix-up?! No thank you.
Stopped in for a burger lunch on new years eve day. The staff couldn't have been less helpful or considering. At one point there were a dozen burgers up getting cool while a number of people waited. ...and they ran out of ice cream!

Placed an order online for pick up. Came a little early and tried to call to see if it was ready or if they could start making it. After 4 attempts, they're not busy at all, no one answered. I can see inside there isn't a line, extremely upset.
