This place was on our way to an event we were attending so figured we'd pick up reasonably priced food. BEWARE OF REVIEWS!!! This establishment deserves nothing better than a 2 star review. The food was over salted and indeed tasted reheated. I was leery about kitchen practices when then they refused to allow us use of the bathroom after we had to wait longer for a wrong order. By this time, we had paid our bill and had to grab food and run. Our bill was very high for amount of food we ordered! Head to the restaurant next door. Avoid this place!
Tried a little bit of everything from both the restaurant and bakery. Everything was fresh amazing tasting. The owners are incredibly friendly as well. Can't believe it took us so long to try it out. We'll definitely be back soon.
The food was exceptional and the owners are very nice people! Highly recommend the Nasi Goreng. The bakery items are unique and delicious. We will definitely be back!
Very expensive and very small portions. The fun chow noodle was good but tasted like it was reheated days old. No rice with any dish we ordered. Would not try again
Buns. Red bean buns (anpan), curry buns, siew pau, milky buns, etc. I often make a meal out of their amazing buns. But when we have time we will order a meal. The nasi lemak is a favorite of mine bit we also love laksa (great for those of you who like things spicy), the Singapore rice noodles, and mee goreng. The kids love the chicken & shrimp Cantonese chow fun. It's Cantonese soul food.
Idk how you manage to ruin white rice ….. but they did. Wish that was the worst thing but all of this food was clearly reheated in an industrial microwave and is days old it HAS to be non-consumable literally the biggest waste of money ever. I can’t believe that they are selling these things to people. How are they passing these giant weeks old Boba‘s off as edible food look how disgusting!!!!!!
I was in the area and had heard of this place before so I decided to give it a try and ordered takeout. I ordered the chicken satay and the chicken Singapore rice noodles. Both were delicious!! Great flavors and excellent quality food. The chicken in the pasta was of excellent quality too! I highly recommend this place! Very, very good! I will definitely be back!
By far my favorite place to eat at ever since I've left San Francisco. It's hard to find authentic food anywhere anymore that's not completely Americanized. I've come here many many times and referred people here who else will come multiple times. Whenever my daughter comes to town that's where she wants to go to get her pork buns! The owners are amazing and the staff is always super happy and helpful. Love love love this place! If you are searching for authenticity this is the place to go!
Was in MN for my daughter's graduation. Google searched and found this amazing Malaysian restaurant. Small and cafeteria-like but what amazing food. I may even say it was better than those found in northern CA! And such friendly owners. We not only had an amazing dinner, but made wonderful friends! We were a big family - filled up the whole restaurant (almost) - and we tried most of the dishes and they were all amazing. You can't go wrong. Everything was very authentic and the price was reasonable too. THANK YOU. We even made a joke about flying to MN again just to go visit them!
Food is decent. Small portions but good. You will wait forever for you food and then be disappointed with those amount you get. Call and be told 45 minutes, end up waiting more than an hour. Every time I go here I always wait much longer than I was told I would.
