Not much worse than a cold pizza. ? My first time ordering from them as I recently moved here, the Eagan location is great and I ate many great pizzas from there. This Apple Valley one has just managed to deliver, by far, the worst pizza I have encountered, it made me wish it was a Totino's microwave pizza; yes, that bad! I will never order from here again and highly discourage you from making the same mistake I did.To whomever made, delivered or had anything to do with this debacle... have some pride!
Savoy is always great. The Pizza by the slice is always fresh and service is friendly. A great quick lunch.
Everyone is so respectful and they care about the quality of your food. I’ve had so many bad experiences but this is the best. Thanks y’all keep it up!
Great thin crust pizza. Excellent toppings. Crew is friendly and helpful.
Called and ordered pizza for delivery at 5:18pm, told 30-45 min for delivery. Called at 6:18pm for status on pizza. Was told it was on the way. Promised it would be there within 10 min. I said I would call back if it wasn't. 6:32 I called and said its not here. Was told it wasn't in the store and it's on its way. I asked for a discount, he said he'd give me a $10 credit. 6:40 pizza arrived cold and burnt. I called and asked they make it right. They offered replacement or store credit. I asked for my card to be refunded. After checking with the supervisor, I was told they would do that. Great. Hung up and ate cold burnt pizza because we were starving. It was also super salty. Not at all what we hoped for for a very rare ordering of take out dinner.
Had big problem with pizza when ordered for delivery and they were in no rush to bring me a replacement pizza, second delivery took longer then the first. Disappointed.
Very disappointed! I was looking so forward to a Red Savory Pizza. My husband picked up our pizza tonight when he got home he opened the box to a burnt pizza.
My pizza arrived shaken up and all on one side of the box. Feels like the drivers don't care.
Minnesota style, thin crust pizza. Great sauce and good toppings! Take and bake or have them cook it. Outstanding Pie.
Even tho they weren't busy, they messed up my order. However, the mgr did make it right by giving me a coupon for a free pizza on my next order.
