Canceled my order after sending me the "out for delivery" text, charged me, and never informed me of it. Waited 45 minutes for the delivery and had to call them to see where it was. 10 minutes away was too far to drive I guess.
This store was completely bombarded by orders, both pick up and delivery, during a recent winter storm. Delivery times posted were 100 minutes. I picked up my order in store. The professionalism and kindness of the staff while clearly under pressure did not go unnoticed. I appreciate you; keep up the great work!
I had not been to Pizza Hut in couple years because my son who moved in preferred a competitor. He moved so I was so very much looking forward to Pizza Hut again but I discovered something had changed. It was practically flavorless, bland I would call it. Also, the crust was undercooked. Very disappointed. It reminded me of 5 dollar pizza. Initially it was great and then something changed and it was bland. You changed something. I cannot consider Pizza Hut again. Bland Flavorless Pizza.
Easy to order with the app, good prices, and delivery was quick. Items were very hot and delicious.
Gentleman at the counter was very courteous and polite, fast service too! What else could one ask for. I love Apple Valley Pizza Hut! My spot to go for hot and delicious pizza.
Never received my pizza ordered at 6:30pm, called at 8 pm was told it was leaving the store shortly as they were very busy, okay I understand that, at 10pm I called again and was told it was undeliverable due to an incorrect phone number….seriously….I live in an apartment with an outside entrance that is at the front door of the building, I sat at the front door waiting the entire time, the delivery driver was never there. Since when do they just call and don’t attempt to deliver at your door,First time ordering from this Pizza Hut, definitely the last time

I didn’t get the marinara source for my stuffed crust. And no dressing eith the wings.
