Everything looked good until I realized they forgot the garlic butter. I was charged for it and it was on the receipt. If I pay for a product it is nice to actually receive it. I love Papa Murphys but it just isn’t the same without garlic butter, very disappointed.
Ordered two large take n' bake pizzas, experienced slow and poor customer service. Contacted Cole regarding this, requested his manager Chris give me a call, he never did. Poor customer service, poor management.

Went on a Tuesday evening which I'm sure is busy due to the deals they have. The staff was so pleasant, and you could tell they were actually having a good time. They made my pizzas fast and they were delicious.
The pizza blew up! Last night, my boyfriend ordered and picked up a pizza. He followed all the instructions, as usual, and came into a kitchen full of smoke. The dough blew up and the molten toppings dripped off and into the bottom of the oven, where they caught on fire. Rude.
I ordered and paid online, they left toppings off my pizza and offered to have me come back and pick up the toppings. Inspect your pizza before you get all the way home!
I told myself I wasn't going to leave a bad review but it gets very frustrating when you go in here and they are suppose to be open till 8pm....but since they already have stuff put away they get mad at you for coming in and won't make some things (salad this time..which they hardly ever have made). I absolutely LOVE Papa Murphy's but this location needs improvement. I was here at 7:30pm and alot of things were already put away. Last time I was here waiting on a pizza a man came in to order and they turned him away when it was 7:35.I really hope they get this issued fixed soon!!

Ordered two pizzas online and went to pick them up. Store hours say open daily 10- 8pm and when we arrived at 11:30am the store lights were all off, door locked. Checked our bank transactions and we were charged for the pizzas but store was not even open.
