Pizza favors are consistently good, however, while costs have gone up, service has gone down and sauce portions have been reduced. My last order took nearly an hour before it was ready for carry out and that was only because I was persistent and asking to cancel and get a refund. Knowing they were fully staffed and very busy with other orders, I'm not complaining, only giving other potential customers fair warning on what they too may experience.
I come to this location all the time and it’s usually awesome.I place an online order for 2 large pizza for carry out. When I went in to pay with my $50 cash, I was told she can’t accept the $50 which I find it funny because my change would be $20 something back only. She say they have a store policy which I understand if I was only buying breadstick and paying with a hundred bill than yes. But I won’t be going back to this store
Let me start by saying the food is amazing! They never fail on that aspect. They must get bonus for trying to up charge on everything. They are pushy on the phone. Telling you they don’t have specials that are available on the app or internet but then when you say you will order it on there they magically find it. They just push for upgrades. Extremely difficult to talk with! This has happened multiple times in the last couple months!! I will continue to order from this store but will use the app. I recommend others do so!
Not sure who made our order, Friday June 3 at around 9:30pm, but the employee took pride in preparation and cooking. The pizza looked and tasted perfect. Great job in-house staff, and thanks to the friendly delivery man as well. I have Covid so I had to talk to him from distant. I have not had a perfect experience at a pizza place for a long time.
I accidentally ordered the pizza to the wrong house by 1 number and the man delivering it took his time to call me and run it over to my house and was very kind :)

Papa Johns is one of my favorite restaurants and this location rocks. My order is always ready ahead of time and they never forget the extra sauce cups. I can tell that the crust is made from fresh dough, creating the perfect base for the perfect pizza. The sauce is flavorful and just sweet enough to stand out amongst other sauces. The cheese, however, is really what makes a Papa pizza. Some cheeses are too stringy or too chewy or too greasy, but Papa’s cheese walks the line beautifully for a satisfying crescendo of flavor with each bite. Also, there is never a lot of grease at the bottom of my pizza box, which makes me feel good about my dinner.
Great service, staff is extremely hard working and very friendly. Pizza was great! Mobile ordering is the best! We will be back!

If you order ANYTHING more than just a pizza there's a good chance the delivery driver will forget it. Whether it be a dipping sauce or drink or side. And lately my order has been a single pizza and a 2 litre of Pepsi. Simple right? Well they have to go back to the store every time for my drink. It's impressive. I don't want coupons anymore. I guess I just won't order from this location or papa John's again. Bummer
