I love Pancheros. They have the best queso out of anywhere. The portion of rice they give you could be more, but overall the food is amazing. Their blues chips really seal the deal.
I'm giving 5 stars. This was my first time trying Pancheros. I was skeptical they would be anything like Chipotle. I was blown away how much better they are. I ordered the burrito bowl. Chicken was better, rice was better. All around delicious. Chips and queso tasted great! And they have jalapenos! I won't be back to Chipotle, Pancheros is going to be my go to from now on!
Restaurant was clean.Ordered chix quesadilla...had 6 little cubes of chix; and chix salad bowl with hardly any chix.Queso is the bomb!! But what happened to the black chips? Now they serve Tostido rounds.
The only reason I give this location more than 1 star is that this location used to be decent but the portion sizes and service has gone downhill steadily the last couple of months and I won't be ordering from here anymore.Arrived to pick up my online order a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time and the staff hadn't even checked the online order queue. When I arrived there was no queue or other orders being worked on. I've been to a couple of the other locations around the Twin Cities and also up in ND, this branch is a let down compared to the others.
Food was good, and it was ready on time. Unlike a similar restaurant, that shall remain nameless, but rhymes with Pichotle
I ordered food through the app. The wrong order arrived so I refused it the driver said they would go get the correct order and come back. I called the store to ask them to remake the order because by the time they driver got back it would be cold. They said ok and it should be delivered shortly…an hour passed and no food. I called the store back and they said the driver never came back and they would get another driver to deliver…another hour and still no food. Decided to call customer service who told me they should have never said they could get another driver because that is not possible. He said I would be refunded and he would add a free burrito to the app for next time. Neither of those things have happened. This is the second issue of this type with no resolution. With delivery charges basically $45 dollars they have stolen.
So it’s.. not that great. And for $30 we got 2 drinks, a half filled bag of chips (the cheapest easiest thing to give lots of), a 3 oz queso, one small salad and one small bowl. If you’re from Texas or somewhere that has lots of burrito places unfortunately this is not like a place like that. It’s not Freebirds. The quality is really low. The best part about our meal was I had Coke zero and also mellow yello was available as a rare option. The workers are pretty clueless. The have have salsa verde on their menu board. the guy didn’t know what it was. Really disappointing.
Gave them two tries and both times it was not good. Meat was cold, rice was under cooked, gave us 5 chips and the rest crumbs, queso had no flavor. Won't be going back.
This is place a replica of Chipotle, first time visited and it's bad. Nobody at the stall to take the order, after a couple of minutes a person came from back kitchen and when I asked him about vegan options he doesn't have answers, said he didn't know. Expensive and not so good quality when compared to others doing similar business.
Changed SO much about their ingredients. I loved coming here because I can't eat cilantro and I could have their rice. No more! It's bright green now and intolerable. Such a shame.
