Disappointed, the creamy garlic tortellini was super salty. The pop machine was out of order and the trainee taking orders really needed better support. Hopefully, things will get better.
After I was almost done eating my Mac and cheese I found a short blonde hair in my food.. I wasn’t angry cause things happen and I’m not a “Karen” … manager was super nice and refunded the meal. He probably would have given me another bowl, but mine was almost gone so it was okay. Proper management call and great customer service.
The food is great and the online ordering is easy to use. I always get the Parmesan Chicken Buffalo mac and cheese. Super delicious!I miss their old cookies from several years ago. I still dream about them sometimes. Their new cookies are just "meh".
Typically, I am all for this Noodles and Company, but lately they have just gotten terrible. Their salads are never full full, they are always quite a bit smaller and I order a regular. At that point, you're better off ordering a small. I like to "treat" myself to a side of Mac& Cheese becuase its amazing and it's little to nothing. Ordered Curbside pick up, did all I was supposed to on the app and still had to go inside to get it. Not one person dining in or in line. Like. I was parked RIGHT out front of the door/windows. As if the hours being weird for so long wasn't bad enough now its here. I will be driving the extra way to go to the Rosemount location and hope that one is better.
Lately it has been closed a lot and packed, due to short staffed. Most of the time though really fast service and great service! Highly recommend for a quick and delicious meal!
I come here often as I love pasta in general. The food is a great quality and tastes amazing. I don't recall ever having a poorly made dish from a Noodles.
In line they asked if it was eat in or to go. We said to eat in. Everything came in a paper bag, for everyone's. Must have been habit to ask.They didn't look like they had it together in the back, talking and lots of standing around. But we didn't wait to long, the food was hot and yummy.Dinning room tables needed to be cleaned and garbage taken out. Just not as clean as it usually is.
Not open for inside dining, however they have a gated patio with small round tables and umbrellas. Menu is online, with the ordering app. Would have been nice if it were also posted on an outside-facing window. Almost the entire menu is available online; no regular water (bottled water available) and no iced tea. Service was very quick- 15 minutes for three meals. Food was well cooked, well seasoned and fair portioned. We had Pad Thai, Orange Lol Main and Chicken pesto. This has always been a favorite restaurant, and I am pleased to say that it still is.
The food was literally cold when I got it. Not just cooled off… Actually cold. Did you guys put my food in the fridge or something? Never coming back here again. What a waste of money.
This location is closed. It’s never open. Tried multiple days and multiple times.
