I'm not sure if the burgers are actually put together by an actual person...I have been to this location atleast 2 dozen times over the years; and they have literally every single Time messed up my order. Nothing too out of the norm; just without onions....
Went to Apple Valley location this morning, NEVER EVER get the order right. Worst location! Tired of paying for what I order & get what they want to throw in the bag! Always a surprise when you drive home & open the bag. Employee’s are rude, no good morning or even a hello, shove the bag out the window at you & shut window immediately.
Nicely remodeled, but nasty when it comes to cleanliness. Been in here twice in the last couple weeks to let the kids play in the play area. Both visits I was surprised at how dirty every surface was. Also garbage sitting around everywhere. This is unfortunate because it’s a beautiful space and fun for the kids.
My husband just returned from this location not more than 3 miles away from our home. I sent him to get me a caramel frappe and two plain cheeseburgers with a small fry. I can’t believe they would send him back with this mocha nightmare. Now I don’t know if they offered this in place of or just gave my husband the wrong item. He’s not one to complain. However, this drink is not AT ALL frozen or even remotely cold. I did not drink more than a sip, a drop, a small taste of this beverage before needing to immediately spit it out. Please DO NOT serve this to anyone else. I’m horrified that this frothy warm chocolate syrup was even handed out the window. Please tell your customer you can’t do this type of drink for them instead of giving what you just gave me. It is not drinkable, and my poor husband paid for two. Dumped down the drain. I work food service too, I understand how it feels to be in the kitchen late at night, but please don’t take your frustration out on your guests. I appreciate you showing up, and I would have happily not had a caramel frappe if the machine is down, or needs cleaning, or if you just don’t feel like it. 4/8/2022 at about 10:45 -11pm ish. I SHOULDN'T EVEN GIVE it 1 STAR. I don't normally do fast-food places but it was almost 10 PM and we needed to eat!!I ordered a Bacon QPC Meal with NO ONIONS and a Sprite. I paid over $10.00 for the meal!Even though it CLEARLY STATES on BOTH the receipt and the burger box -- NO ONIONS; there not ONLY were ONIONS on the burger BUT there extra ONIONS on it.I waited 15 minutes at the pick-up window for my order! The burger was made WRONG, the fries were cold and GROSS, & the Sprite tastes like it was RANCID and/or the lines were flushed with CHEMICALS that were not properly flushed (scared to drink - didn't want to end up in the ER).McDonald's -- YOU NEED TO DO WAY BETTER! THIS WAS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
The staff are always friendly! But, we have a nearly 100% fail rate on our simple order. Most recent was today. Ordered an only ketchup and onion cheeseburger and got no cheese and no onion. Who orders a cheeseburger with no cheese? That’s a hamburger. I can’t even with that logic and not worth the drive back.

Staff is rude. No "Hello, welcome to McDonald's", they just stare at you until you order. They ask if it's to go or dine-in. When you say "dine in" half the the time they put it in a tray. Either way, they shove your food at you and say nothing, no "thank you." They act like they are doing you a huge favor by taking your order and giving you your food.
McDonald's must get money from the government if they hire the mentally handicapped, because they get my order wrong 80% of the time and seriously should have like babysitters there to make sure they can read an order properly. Bunch of cattle brained dumbos here. Don't go to this McDonald's.
Went there on a Sunday for breakfast, was told they don't serve breakfast all day. My son ordered a burger, fries and drink. Customer service was nonexistent. Older lady taking the money, opened window and barked out amount. No thank yous or any kind of greeting. Pulled to next window again no greeting, fries dumped in bag. Virtually no ice in drink. Hate this location. Worth driving to one in Lakeville next time.
