Food was good. Service was a little lacking. No enthusiasm, not really helpful. Not everyone eats at JJs daily and a little help with how to order combos would have been nice.
Worked here years ago and the food was always really good, im basing rbis on my most recent experience. Ordered a club lulu and oatmeal cookie, everything was correct and it arrived within 10 minutes of order. Highly impressed with new management/drivers. Not sure what is open in terms of dining there due to covid and ordering a delivery. Very satisfied.
They messed up my sandwich I paid for extra meat it and they didn't add it I mad because I can't afford to drive back and forth to fix it so I'll just take the loss and just go somewhere else next time

I went in wearing a mask because my wife has a viral infection and although I feel fine I wore one out of respect. There was a blonde lady working who made my sandwich, who was mouth breathing all over it. When I left, she made a joke about me wearing a mask to the other employees, thinking the door was closed. Instead of confrontation I decided to just leave because again my wife isn’t feeling well. On the way home and thinking about it, I decided to just throw the sandwich out. I know help is hard to find these days but it is unbelievable and unacceptable that someone like that is working there and making comments like that. It’s taking a lot for me to not go back or make this a much bigger deal!
They asked if I was a rewards member and helped me remember to use my Free Sandwhich! Most JJ's don't encourage use of the rewards program. I am thrilled this location is proactive to engage regular customers.
After eating their Tom Turkey sandwich, I became sick. Food poisoning. Will never eat there again.
I came to eat at the Apple Valley location and the staff showed very little concern for their actions and customers. I was helped at the register and another customer came in behind me. While the customer behind me was being helped the order taker turned around and sneezed really loud, he and the other employees thought this was hilarious, laughing loudly at the action. Luckily my sandwich was already made but I feel really bad for the lady he proceeded to hand a drink cup to, and the customers that are going to unknowingly eat the bread he sneezed on. Covid or not this was a completely disgusting action by all the employees.
The manager at this location acted very inappropriately and creepy toward me. I came in just before closing time and nobody else was there to do anything. I can not believe they let someone like this work for them. Id advise that nobody go alone to this location
