Some good energy from the staff and delicious food. #43 may be the best sandwich mankind has developed.....when made right it should require a minimum of two napkins.
These guys are great. The guys working behind the counter were awesome and fun to talk to. Foods good, probably one of the best cheesesteaks you can get outside of Philly. And I'm from Philly. Need to chop the meat more though. longer, thick strips have never been a fav in a cheesesteal
My family and I frequent this location. Picky eaters that always want something different are all able to find something they like here. So it's a place we go probably twice a month. It varies with how busy it can be and the staff usually does an okay to pretty good job handling a long line. We went tonight and they were short handed. There were only three people and one of them seemed new and was only staying at one station. We waited for probably 15/20 minutes to get our sandwiches. But I have to say, the staff was amazing. They were respectful, personable and were hustling without letting the line adgitate them. They recognized people when they came in, communicated to the people in line that they would be with them as soon as they could and thanked us for waiting repeatedly. I'm from the hospitality and food and beverage industry, having staff like that is a game changer. They could have had a bad attitude about being short handed and extremely busy and it would have effected every single one of the customers in the shop. My family and I would have probably skipped it and gone somewhere else. But your staff made this on of the best visits. I didn't catch their names, but please make sure you recognize the three that were working tonight. They definitely deserve it!
Very impressed. The staff was friendly. The service was great. The staff was helping each other out and appeared to be having fun. Food was quick and excellent. Great experience.
Food was good but I didnt get the bacon that was supposed to cone with the sandwich.
Always fresh hot and fast, never had a bad sandwich here and the staff is always having fun !!
I was there at lunch time so it was busy. The people working there worked quickly and they were efficient. I ordered a sandwich I'd never tried before. The service was excellent and the sandwich? Delicious! I'll be back!
