Eggs were good.! Pancakes and the condiments tasted a little less natural. My first time at iHop. And not that I expected a lot, but can’t say I was satisfied with the breakfast expectations ? they could have done a better job with the natural ingredients. It’s noticeable.Eggs were great though. Tomatoes and potatoes felt very fresh. And tasted great.
We had brunch here. Food was served quickly after ordering, even on busy morning. The waitress was helpful when ordering. Restroom not too bad, for being clean. Food was hot, exactly as ordered. Coffee was a light roast, not very strong. Wasn’t like coffee I like, but others may love it who like a light roast.Cost was reasonable for family of 5- we spent $85 and all had full tummies.
There's only 1 employee that is capable of taking names, seating people, taking orders and bringing food out. Have no idea what the other 15 employees do. But service was horrendous and we won't be back.
My rating assumes you know this is IHOP - clearly it's a chain restaurant and not the pinnacle of cuisine, but given that.... the staff here are INCREDIBLE! So polite, friendly, happy, cheery, and quick! Food is prepared quickly and correctly. No complaints!
The IHOP in Apple Valley, MN was very accommodating to my mother and I when we went there for her first outing after her recent knee surgery. The food and service was great!
The service was slow. We never got our drinks refilled so 3 of us ate our meals without any drinks. The receipt did not allow for pay n go even though it's advertised right on the receipt. We had a free stack of pancakes on the app but the staff was unable to credit it on our receipt. The server dropped off the receipt and didn't come back to pick up payment or check in but had to be waved down after most of our party exited to the car because we waited 15 minutes for her to return and assist with the receipt issues. The server didn't check in with us throughout the meal and long wait times. She blamed the poor service on a short kitchen staff but frankly that only accounts for the long wait for food, not the inattentive server or failure to refill drinks.
We went on Mother's Day at about 1pm. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated. I was a little upset that there was no sign saying we were supposed to write our own name in the seating book bit luckily someone told me after a couple of minutes. Our waitress was great and had a beautiful smile. The food was very good. The women's restroom was very dirty and in need of refurbishment.
Great service for breakfast this morning, the Colorado Omelet was ? real good (and ketofriendly!).
We enjoyed the food and had a wonderful experience. My son had his thirteenth birthday dinner. Some of us had breakfast food some had more sandwich food. Elizabeth was great and did a wonderful job coming back to check on us numerous times. She brought him a nice size sundae for his birthday. Great experience, would definitely recommend and go back again!
