Google says they’re open till 2 AM, I’m working out of town and wanted something to eat before I go back to the job. I walk in both entry doors and I noticed that the lights are dim but thought maybe a section was just closed down. The first thing the lady inside says is "obviously we're closed." Like no, obviously if your doors are unlocked and it says you're open till 2am you’re not closed. I told her she didn't have to be rude as I leave. As I’m pulling away, she walks out and proceeds to lock the outside door but looks over at me like I'm in the wrong and I said, "you know you don’t have to be rude to a potential customer." She looked at me sideways like I was disrespecting her and me and her went back-and-forth before I left. Change your hours to reflect when you are open.
Had to wait 15 - 20 minutes for a table when there were tables open. Once at the table we had to wait for more than 10 minutes for our coffee. The waitress forgot us. Three tables that came in after us gave their orders and got their food before we did. We will not be back..
I waiting with my child more than 15m they didn’t even offer me some water, I was about to argue with the supervisor but no, I just left with my kid. If you guys don’t have enough people work why in the world don’t say that when the costumer is entering the restaurant.
Gross. Windows dirty as hell. Brought our food but had to wait for silverware and when she did, it was togo plastic silverware. The only napkin was the tiny one the was in the to go package. Out of white toast, fresh fruit. Had to sit and wait for out check after our table was cleared. Asked for a to go box and was walked by at least 15 times before receiving. Honestly feel that we were treated the way that we were because we are not of hispanic nationality. Watched her wait hand and foot and a bunch of hispanics but ignored us. Brought is our food never asked how we were doing or hows the food. Dropped the packages of silverware on the table and walked away. Extremely poor service.
The server said there were two new cooks alone. Only saw two servers. Eventually at the end of my hour and a half meal I saw, what I assume was a dishwasher, bussing tables.Pancake puppies came out after about 20 minutes. Were a little well done but not terrible. Not a fan of the cream cheese sauce being served directly on the plate, the old way of being on the side was better, in my opinion.It was almost 20 more minutes before we got the rest of our food. I got the appetizer sampler and it only came with 3 onion rings, which is ridiculous, even the server agreed with me. She offered to get me more, but I declined. If that's what it is supposed to get, then now I know.Server didn't write down my order, so not surprised my pancakes were missed. Came out very quickly, but when I buttered them, the bottom one was flipped upside down and had little black grease specks on it like it died in the window and they were trying to cover it up. My ten year old said it tasted fine, so I went with it.I waited a ridiculously long time for boxes and my check too. What was supposed to be a quick bite before running to the grocery store before bed ended up being just dinner before bed.Top it off with taking the spaghetti off the menu, which was my kid's favourite, just made it a bummer of a night.
Got a hamburger Saturday. Had stomache cramps and intense bathroom experiences that night. Ate the rest of the leftover hamburger... bad idea... issues intensify. Monday through Thursday, a trip to the bathroom every hour.. and then up every other hour in the middle of the night. Dehydrated as all my liquid is just exiting my body through the wrong port. This is the second time the hamburger here tasted old and gave me severe bodily issues for days. I've given up on this location. As I type this, I have to hit the restroom again. This is number 3 this morning and it's only 9 am.
We dined at this location and it was very good. We had the Seniors Omelet and Seniors Country Fried Steak. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted terrific. I like that the portion sizes were not reduced. Service was good. I would definitely return.
We have been customers of this location for many years. The staff is friendly and the food comes fast and hot. We will continue to be their customers.
Our Food was hot and fresh. Our server's and host's Brittany,Courtney and Bre if I can remember was so awesome!!! Everything was on point, And we all had everything that we needed as well as a great time, With family!!! Super bowl morning.!!!
Not only did they dnap the tables and chairs together fast. The food was hot and fast. We were a bit of a rowdy crew but spectacular accommodation for our few. I will visit again and again when im in town. Flawless yall
