Just pulled through for a malt and concrete mixer. It was not too bad of a wait and they were good. I always like to mention staff too, because that's part of the experience. The person who waited on us could hardly be heard at the menu and was obviously not happy or just not having a good day. Finding good help is hard especially at fast food restaurants I'm sure.
Customers beware. Broken pieces of hard plastic or some type of element was in my food. I returned to the restaurant to advise the manager that I found myself chewing on foreign objects. My concern was not only for myself, but for my family and others who may have also been served contaminated food. The manager refused to give me the owner’s contact information. There has been no follow up with me in the last week, despite two calls I placed to the location. The manager was not apologetic and was dismissive. I would steer clear of this location and the Lakeville location as they are under the same ownership.
My husband and I were very impressed on the caliber of employees at this Culver's. It is located in Apple Valley on Galaxy Avenue. Every employee was cordial and they were amazingly fully staffed. The restaurant was busy with dine in and drive through. Top restaurant in this area.
Food was awesome! It always is. The staff are pretty friendly. It's very clean as well. Would recommend!
Unfortunately the Culver’s butterburger is not what it used to be. It used to be consistently hot and juicy, no mater what time of day we ordered. Other locations were consistent, as well. Over the last year or so, we ordered from the Apple Valley location several times. Almost every time the burgers have been dry and not very warm. Often times the cheese hasn’t even melted. I’m sure keeping up during the pandemic hasn’t been easy, but it almost seems like the cooking process has changed or maybe the quality of the ingredients are less. Whatever the reason(s) is, it’s not as good as it used to be. We’re alway willing to pay good money for good food, but unfortunately we’ll have to come up with another go to burger place.
They always have very little to choose from and most of the display cases are chronically empty! You need to make more baked goods and a little more variety to choose from.
Culver's in Apple Valley always does a great job with hot fresh food and friendly employees.
This time I'm giving you guys a two, What draws me in is the coleslaw.Well guess again it tasted like a tin can.Make sure your products are up to standards before serving. Very disturbing to say the least??

My son wanted Culvers for his bday (could have went anywhere, hibachi etc). We visited on 12/2/21 and the gentleman who rang us up was so kind, patient, respectful and really made our visit memorable. Best experience we have ever had at Culvers!
