This was my first time trying Crumbl Cookies and we loved it! We tried quite a few flavors and none of them disappointed. They are a bit expensive but in my opinion it is worth it for a treat. The flavor is good and it’s a different experience than you get at other bakeries. I think the idea of a rotating menu makes the experience more enjoyable because there is always something to look forward to for the next trip. I will definitely come back to try something new!
Simply amazing!We were in the area to do some mild shopping and thought we'd give this place a try since we heard one would be opening up around Bloomington soon, where we live.I admit, was a little put off by the pricing... however, after the first bite of just their normal chocolate chip cookie, I found it was well worth it. Highly recommend trying this place out, especially if you have a sweet tooth and are looking to fill that cookie craving.
First timer here! We only tried the chocolate chip cookie as we thought that would be a good representation of the overall product. The good: clean store, friendly and attentive staff, very quick service (wasn’t too busy when we were there). The bad: unfortunately I would say the cookie! This one was very cakey, a little too salty, and not super soft. I saw another review that said it was mostly dough and I would probably agree. Maybe we just didn’t get the right thing! I’ll try it again and go for another flavor, but since it was over $4 for one cookie, I expected a lot more.
I always check the menu at the beginning of the week to see all the fun cool flavors that they have. My kids and I like to go and share the cookies so we bought one of their cookie cutters. They also sell ice cream which is really really really good. If you go often or even occasionally I would recommend signing up for their points. Last time I went to ended up getting $10 off of my purchase. So far my favorite is the lemon and corn bread.
Had high expectations based on reviews. Not sure what all the rave is about. You can’t really mess up on a chocolate chip cookie, but if you like want a cookie that taste like 50% dough, this is the place for you. I’m no expert, but definitely not worth $4/cookie.
Delicious, soft, unique, reasonably priced, fun cookies that are worth the trip! We love trying the new flavors, and look forward to the menu changes each week; the classic chocolate chip and sugar cookies are perfection, as well! Here’s to hoping there are more Crumbl stores all over for everyone to enjoy!
Great service, amazing cookies! Cant ever go wrong with chocolate chip and a sugar cookie. I love that they change up the flavors by the week. It would be great at the end of the year they do a vote on the years best cookies.
The employees are absolutely the best. They were very helpful. They even offered to help me carry it out to my car. The cookies are amazing. I haven't tried the ice cream yet but I can't wait!!!
Ordered cookies over 40 min before promised time at 5:50pm. Got here at 5:45, not ready at 5:50pm. They are telling me it will be 30 more min. They rarely ever have things ready at promise time. Order your cookies and come late unless you like standing outside in the cold. Cookies are good tho and staff is nice. Maybe they need to staff more to accommodate or update their app to give. More accurate times.
