The bartenders/waitresses and management do a great job of making the visit a memorable one. While they have a very busy happy hour, they make it a fun place to hang out while serving food and drinks in timely fashion.Burgers, wings, cheese curds or whatever fancies your appetite, they do a very good job. I could go on and on...Music!

The pizza and craft beer I had was awesome! The waitress could use some serious training in customer service. The patio furniture is old, weathered and broken. Consider upgrading to weather resistant patio furniture. Other than that it was an overall good experience with good food and good music. I will definitely be back for more pizza. Hopefully our next waitress/waiter knows how to smile and at least acts like they like their job.

If I could give two and a half stars I would.....the experience was not terrible....the wait staff was great....and happy hour prices are super reasonable plus they had multiple LARGE TV'S with the two games I was interested in watching on! But....that's where it kind of ends....the food was at best "average"....I ordered the brussel sprouts... balsamic and brussel sprouts with bacon....sounds great right? Fail! They served boiled WET brussel sprouts in a bowl with cheap "balsamic" drizzled over it...the bacon was wet....it was not a great dish....I also had a Cesar salad....and it was...ok? I think it had just as many croutons as greens! But it was dressed ok...The wall next to our booth had something spilled on it that was clearly there for a long time! It was like a cream color on a dark wall so it was super obvious...The floor was dirty...it just felt dirty.Plus the decor is cheesey (wanna be western).... which maybe I'm taking to literal...but it just seems "cheap"...like they put it together in 20 min.If your 23....don't mind food designed to be deep-fried....and are more concerned about hitting on the (very cute by the way) waitresses...than spending money on a quality dining experience....you may want to try another establishment....or....maybe I'm just too picky and old? Nah....I'm not there yet.

Decent service, average food, typical bar atmosphere. My Bourbon on the rocks served in a plastic glass, appetizer (cornbread) served after the meal. The Ribeye had a good flavor, but served almost well when medium rare requested. The Sweet Potato Fries and Slaw were great. My wife's Lamb Chops were also over cooked, but had a great flavor. Her potato's were good and the Spinach salad was tasty. None of it was so good that we'd go out of our way to go back, but also wouldn't avoid it. Not a bad place... just not a great place for the $100 we paid... In Apple Valley, the Farmer and the Fishmonger is an infinitely better option...

Love the bartenders and servers. Make it fun to go to. Great happy hour. Just wish they ran the TVs better to see more than just one sport on all TVs.

Mediocrity at its finest. First off I started trying to order a glass of wine from their by the glass list. The waitress had to check to see if it was available. I was then told it wasnt offered by the glass.... annoyed i just ordered water. Then I ordered a Caesar salad and added Buffalo chicken. Ugh nothing like eating bagged pre cut lettuce! Gross. The chicken served atop the salad was about half of what I would've expected but probably an actual serving size. It was a bit dry and over cooked. Then my biggest pet peeve when I order a salad is getting the huge white pieces of the end of the lettuce leaf, thats actually garbage or pig food. On top of that, the nasty bagged lettuce flavor..... like it's truly dead, it was wilted and near the end of its best by date. Nothing fresh, crisp or alive at all about this meal.

I love coming to Cowboy Jacks in Apple Valley! The staff is amazing and I love the food and happy hour specials. I also want to give a shout out to one of the managers, Calvin who intervened when he saw a man at the bar harassing me. I didn’t even have to ask him, but he could tell I was uncomfortable and asked the man to leave. It is so refreshing to go to a bar where the staff truly cares about the well-being of their customers! Great work to this whole team! I will most definitely be back!! 😊

Jessica (the host) was the sweetest woman ever and made my 1st experience amazing. definitely will be coming back.

Two of us went on Sunday night. We were seated pretty quickly and had our drink order taken in a reasonable amount of time. The pop was also brought out at a normal time. It took what felt like a long time to get our food, maybe 30-45 minutes. I ordered chicken wild rice soup and a ceasers salad. The salad was fine. I also like the soup but have had chicken wild rice soup many times in MN but never with shredded chicken. I liked the flavor but not that consistency. It also was only slightly warmer than room temperature. My adult son ordered jalapeno cheese sticks which were fine and they did come out before our other food. He ordered a burger and French fries. The fries were pretty cold when he got them. He said the burger was good and it was so big he even brought some home. I used the ladies bathroom. It was dirty in the stalls with toilet paper all over the floors, etc. I know they're probably short staffed but I'm not sure I'd go back. It was too expensive for what we ordered.

The Bar tenders and Waitress are Absolutely Amazing Wonderful Service, It's one Place I'll Never Forget
