I love ice cream and cold stone is always a fun happy day for me.This place had plenty of parking. Sitting is very limited, so usually I get my ice cream and eat in the car or outside - this is why I'm giving this location 3 stars. I really wish they had more sitting options.Staff is always friendly and quick at this location, so big shoutout to them for their hard work.I love the cake batter ice cream so I got a Birthday cake remix on a waffle cone. I love their waffle cones, so crisp and tasty.
While I support all small businesses especially this place which is own by an Indian immigrant, but I'm urging my fellow Somalis to stay away from this place. The staff welcome and treat their white customers better than africans. I waited 4 minutes while the employees were chatting and offered free ice cream to these white girls who were sitting and didn't even need free ice cream.
Asked the guy if it mattered on sizing because I was getting a cone, he seemed irritated at my question. Then when I told him I wanted a cone again(after asking if I wanted it in a bowl) he grabbed the Ice cream slapped it into the cone then sat their holding it while he talked to another person and he sounded like he was bad mouthing me. Kinda embarrassing and don’t think I wanna go back there again…
Got a shake and it wasn't even mixed up. The store is VERY dirty. And the price for a shake was $2 more than any other coldstone. Would not recomend

This place is the worst at customer service. They ruined my sons birthday. I made an order online and scheduled delivery for my sons cake. The driver attempts to make the delivery 25 minutes earlier than the time I wanted the calls me once and leaves with my sons cake. I attempted calling him back the phone doesn’t work. Then I try calling cold stone to let them know but you can never reach this specific cold stone. I called there other locations but they can’t help me. I have been charged $45 for something I didn’t enjoy. Worst place ever. I never leave reviews but this experience has been horrible for them to not deliver my sons cake to the little kids that were expecting it and then to not reach them for 3 days. I still have yet to here from anyone and my money is gone.
I showed up for my pickup order for a cake with happy birthday written on it and they didn’t even know about my order. Still sitting here at 8:30 waiting on my cake. Than the person who was helping me was wearing sandels with socks on. I don’t think that’s very professional.
Placed a pre-paid online order for a ice cream cake 2 days in advance. Arrived to pick it up and had to stand in line for 15 minutes while ice cream cones were made for everyone else in line. Finally got the cake and left with it, then realized they didn't put birthday candies in the bag so had to go back again get in line again. Finally just grabbed the candles and walked out with them, and no one even noticed. So inefficient for guests who took time to order in advance and already pre-paid online. I'll get my cake elsewhere next time.
We went there last night with a party of six. We were excited to get what we wanted. We had to change up everything we were getting because they’re out of chocolate ice cream! So after we changed some of them to smoothies. They said that smoothies weren’t’ available now! So frustrating!!!!!! And after professing our frustrations they did not seem like they cared. No coupon or discount to compensate for anything….nothing!!!!!
Ice cream cake not good , particularly oreo, lot of wipped cream and no ice-cream.
