Garbage cans were over-flowing onto the ground, stood at the register waiting to pay for my food, stood there for 3 minutes before an employee walked out of the bathroom “no gloves on” holding 3 bags of trash, sat them down in the area where food is prepared and didn’t wash his hands. Then he began handling mine and my girlfriends food, putting it in bags. Every single table was dirty and had food on it. The floors had a bunch of food on them. There was also a spill of something really sticky. A few hot sauce bottles on the ground. Food was somewhat cold. They were out of hand sanitizer. I do not plan on going back again, very slow and disorganized, filthy dining area.
I am a Chipotle fiend. I LOVE Chipotle. I DO NOT recommend *this* Chipotle. While I've had my fair share of meh experiences at Chipotle, the *only* bad experiences I've ever had at Chipotle have been at this location.Between the awful service, horribly prepared food, and inability to have your online order prepared within 20 minutes of your original pickup time, it's almost like they intentionally try to provide the worst experience possible.Today, I ordered multiple meals and sides. I showed up 10 minutes late, knowing that my food would not yet be ready (past experience informed this decision). I then waited an additional 20 minutes to receive my order, which had been sitting half-made in the back the entire time I'd been waiting. When I finally received my now warm at best order, I asked about my missing side of chips and guacamole. I was told they were "out" even though they were clearly and obviously available. When I inquired about a refund, I was told that I would need to call their corporate customer service in order to get a voucher for a future order. ? So, I paid for something I didn't get, and rather than being refunded immediately, it's now on me to call for an opportunity to get what I ordered at a future date?Half of my bowls were each half full and sloppily prepared. The orders for which I paid an OBSCENE amount for double protein had the same amount of meat as the standard order. In summary - I still love Chipotle, but would sooner poke myself in the eye repeatedly with a spork before going to this location ever again.Zero stars, do not recommend.
This was one of tye friendliest place that I've been to inn a while. I've only ever eating there once before. And the food was even better this time. I got the double protein bowl. It was a lot of food. I had to make it two meals.
Closing inside and only doing online ordering. Saw so many people come in a leave. How can they afford to lose so much business? Maybe they need to pay their employees more in order to appropriately staff the restaurant? Bad management?Wonder what the trade off is to paying this staff more VS losing a large amount of business is?
I stopped into this location last week between 7-7:30PM. They only had two meat options available and weren’t cooking any more of the items they were out of. I also saw the line worker take meat off of a half made burrito and put it back into the container after the customer ahead of me changed their mind.
Ordered chipotle yesterday went in at the time it was promised and waited over 15 minutes past that time with others. It was online orders only at the time. I didn’t see a single employee in the store. I had to be somewhere and didn’t have time to wait around in a place where people aren’t even doing their jobs. I’ve requested a refund from chipotle customer service and haven’t heard a thing back since. Looks like they are holding my $10 ransom till then. I will never give this chipotle my business again
Stopped in here on 05/13 to eat and had not had Chipotle since I was in NW Oregon in '20, since I had to many bad experiences with the chain. This was a dismal experience and will not give Chipotle any business again. Terrible food the Pollo Asado was not good. The fajita burrito bowl I had was terrible, absolute terrible, and old, the woman making it didn't even effing care, and not one my requests were made. Blatently lazy, and she should not working in the business food industry, around customers! And she didn't care about customers and everybody was in the back and not on front line. 3 times she called a cashier instead of doing it herself. I could have easily walked away and had cause to after being treated to terrible. The lady behind me getting and order had a bad order too. I would ask for my refund, but they were to busy after that to even care. Easily, the worst experience and food I ever had at any Chipotle, coast to coast since I have been to them from C2C.
I never do Google Reviews ... this time I will. Chipotle AV lists their hours until 10. Went at 9:25, doors locked, could see staff. There was a sign on the door, online orders only. So I did an online order and waited until 9:40 when it would be ready. I waited, along with 2 other families outside the locked door -- a staff member looked at me, put some food in his mouth, grabbed his food and walked to the back room. We were ignored for about 5 minutes then one person started knocking on the door. A staff member looked at us, paused and then came out and said Sorry, I didn't know the doors were locked. The other families orders were sitting on the takeout shelf getting cold -- they got theres. Mine was sitting on the counter, covered but just waiting ... next to where someone was eating (the staff member) Anyway, took my food, went home and guess what? It was not what I ordered. Sad that the chipotle that used to have people waiting outside early, even in winter, in line to get their chipotle and now it's just another sad place to go really. I'm done AV Chipotle. Another person waiting did say Rosemount is pretty good so maybe that's where I'll have to go. I hope AV Chipotle is able to fix what's broken.
This Chipotle is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. It takes them an ungodly amount of time to get through a line of people, and they're always 30 minutes behind on their online orders. One time, my burrito had a piece of plastic in it and I almost broke a tooth. On top of tall that, their ingredients never taste fresh, and the portion sizes they give are miniscule.Save yourself a bad time and head over to the Burnsville Chipotle. They're miles better than this place.
Used to love Chipotle but the pandemic has certainly taken a toll on this chain. I see other brands thriving so I can only guess that this is largely a management issue coupled with a staffing issue. Stores are filthy. Staff looks like they have had enough and I don't blame them. I went to pick up an online order last night from the Apple Valley location and the store was closed with no staff inside. A group of very confused customers were waiting outside. Needless to say I did not get my order. Customer service did provide a refund. I will miss this chain. You have lost this customer for good. PS treat your employees better!!!
