My husband has picked up a couple coffees between 7-8am through the drive through.Same order Light ice, large w/ caramel drizzle.We pay for large, by the time I take out all the ice (because they don’t give you light ice) we have a medium beverage for a large price. Extra drizzle, no, they must just be on auto pilot. I don’t think it’s anything intentional, I think it’s interesting the same mistake happens. Then we pay and always give a tip, to find out we are over paying for a beverage that isn’t done the way we asked. Kind of a bummer.
Best carribou I ever went too !! The baristas I think their names where Ell and Chase ? They where so kind and my drink was amazing it was a very great experience !

Always crave coffee at Caribou, love the coffee cake, the Baristas are very knowledgeable and I enjoy the experience. I especially like drawing on the chalkboard.

This location is our go-to for coffee and we love the service, location, and atmosphere inside. It's a cute getaway from the world right next to a nice park and lake. We will be back whenever we need a coffee fix.
They always do a great job at this caribou on pilot knob there is usually quite a line through the drive-thru but it goes fast.
Ordered two med decaf coffee s and brealfast sandwich. Got sandwich and then after 25 min never got coffees. Had them credit my card and left. Second time bad service. Will never return and will inform all my friends and our business s to never use Caribou.
