My husband ordered two drinks, one of which was a large hot chai tea latte. They first made a cold drink, then a small, and finally a large (which he assumed was the drink he ordered). He drove home and when we tasted the drink, it was clearly not the drink he had ordered. He drove back to the location with the drink and explained it was not what he had ordered. The cashier was able to pull up his order and said that he had ordered a small latte, so there was nothing they were able to do. She then walked away with no further explanation. So after waiting for three failed attempts and two trips back and forth, he left without the drink and was out the cost of the small latte he didn’t order. Super disappointed that Caribou was unwilling to right their mistake.
My drink didn't have a lid and too much whip cream, on it and they didn't have one, and didn't ween to care.
Very grateful of my experience the other day!! If you havent tried Chai Tea this is the place to go, awesome team they made to my liking in the back of the scenes, trying to lay off coffee & being lactose. 1st time trying this amazing drink Yum ?Love it cant wait to get my next one! ? ❤️ Thank you Caribou Staff..

Caribou has really gone down hill. Seems like this location and others around it are always closed due to short staff.
Very disappointing experience. Went in for a business meeting at 1:30pm. At 1:55 we were told by one staff member that they were closing in 5 minutes which was odd. Less than two minutes later the lights were shut off and a different staff member rudely yelled "we are closed, you need to leave now!". Probably the worst customer service I've received at a coffee shop in my life.
Times are hard right now but this Caribou is doing wonderful! I came in today and only 2 people were working, they had TONs of orders, but were so polite through everything! Not all super heroes wear capes!
This is my third time coming here where I have to wait extremely long to get some coffee. I know they are short of staff but this is crazy! I waited 32 minutes to get my coffee. The time before I waited for 25 minutes. Not coming back to this Caribou.
I loved my Dirty hai Tea Lattes! I tried the bagel sandwich with hash browns, bacon, ham, & cheese. I'll be getting that again! Thanks!
I do not recommend any drink with bubbles/coffee jellies. You’ll spend ~ $5 but they can’t provide any jumbo straws. This was my third time getting the raspberry green tea with bubbles and the barista kept telling me that the company ran out of jumbo straws.It’s totally not worth it
