Great service. Always have food on time. Drinks before. They we the only location we go to now event though it’s 30 minutes away. All staff in the bar area and at the bar is fast and nice and efficient!
Good place for your traditional chicken wing with lots of different sauces to choose from. They were short staffed when we were there, but our server was fantastic! He was running around like crazy but still had the time to take care of each table.
Food and service was good! We (group of 6) stayed until close and the workers were really friendly. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is their new mountain dew long Island. It didn't look like the picture and barely tasted the liquor. Aside from that, everything was good. Below is a blurry photo I screenshot from my video because I forgot to take photos ?
The manager Ashley is so incredibly rude and has no business managing people or working with customers. She messed up my order yet came out giving me attitude while continuing to cut me off and then accused me of screaming at her. Idk how you confuse talking for screaming but clearly her only goal was to escalate the situation and place blame somehow onto the customer rather than own up to an error and try and make it right. Her entire stance and tone was inappropriate and I truly hope she doesn’t treat her employees this way. The best part was her ranting about how I was rude while continuing to talk over and interrupt me that she didn’t even understand the issue and messed up again that her employees now need to fix for her again.
What happened to the seasoning on the chicken. The flavor was so bland tonight. And the last 2times I ordered from here. Had the salt n vinegar and medium. Chicken tasted weird like not chicken. So disappointed. Ever since they sold out. Just ain't the same. Used to look forward to Tuesday BOGO night's. Not even worth it anymore. Smh
Great and friendly service everyone’s very helpful rom my experience. Bree who is the day time bartender was wonderful. Not only is she a dime piece in the looks department but her friendly attitude only adds to her great service. If everyone in the Restaurant/Bar Service Try to be a little bit more like her this world would be a much better place.

Went and visited this location today for some wings and disappointed is an understatement. Sammi, our server greeted us and sat us at our table. Took our drink order but before I could even ask for a pop for my daughter was already walking away. Once we ordered, which she seemed to be almost annoyed through out, we waited which was fine. Our food came out in three different time frames, my husband getting his food almost 10-15 mins before me. He was almost done eating by the time o received my burger. Not once did she check back at this point to make sure we had everything. My husbands pop was empty and placed at the end of the table for a while and she never stopped to refill it after walking by 5-6 times cleaning off a dirty table. She finally came over after he was done eating, I was about half way done, and asked if he wanted a refill. She dropped his pop off without a word, and never came back. Once we were done, she was almost like avoiding our table as she swept the floor around her section, and then was greeting another table. After her not coming back we just got up and paid at the counter asking the manger for our check. She seemed like she did not want to be there and just in a foul mood. I’m sorry if you have a bad day, but don’t make customers experiences bad because of it. We stopped at this location a few weeks ago after a zoo visit with both our daughters and had a fantastic server, not sure of his name but the difference in visits was astonishing.
Very attentive waiter. Wish I remembered his name. Will update when I do. Went for s typical lunch with wife and absolutely loved the attentiveness. We LOVE spicy wings so one would know that you typically drink more with spicy foods. So ñ, I loved the fact that he would come around often and asked us if we needed a refill. I NEVER mind paying extra for more drinks. It's having to waive the waiters down that gets to me. IF MY ICE STAYS FLOATING, IM HAPPY!
Upset is not even the word . Waste of money maybe . Called this location, specified on the phone that I want my wings to be extra wet and fresh fries . I came home just to find out dry wings and cold fries . I took it back for them to basically give me this ?? Never going back again
