These people hate life. They don’t seem eager to take your order. They half a$$ it and mess your order up. They seem bothered when you place your order. They aren’t working for free so they could actually do a good job.

Two times today, I ordered fast food because of being on the road..first time, the place messed up....fast forward 6 hours...still haven't eaten, stop at wendys after work to fix that....ordered 2 Jr CHEESE dlx. No onoin, no meat. It's been probably 15 years since I worked at a wendys, but last I knew, they came with CHEESE and mustard. My bad if I'm wrong, but I doubt it. Anyway, I'm still starving so thanks for nothing.
Was rushed placing my order, got the last burger cut off… had to ask for a receipt.. was missing ranch… and a jr bacon cheeseburger… am currently sitting in a line that’s double what I just went through to order the rest of my food smh. I feel like it’s a bunch of teenagers working here
The sandwich had that fake yellow cheese that makes it taste lousy. $18 for 2 single meals. Outrageous price for two terrible tasting meals. Won't order Wendy's anytime soon

We went out of our way because this store is usually so good. This time we got soggy, cold fries and burgers that were so done it was dry and hard. The staff are very nice.
My review has nothing to do with the food, because my food is usually hot and delicious. The customer service is horrible in the drive through. The Heavy set black lady with the extremely long nails always has a nasty, rude, attitude, she rushes you through your order, and constantly says “anything else” while you’re in the middle of talking.
Very nice staff to other delivery drivers and very fast drive-thru on some days it depends on the location you go to and the time you go. I think all restaurant workers for everything without you I wouldn't have a job you guys keep up the great work in the fast food and restaurants industry.
