The coffee at this location is amaziiiing!!! It’s so good! Plus the workers and the owners here are the nicest people ever!!!
I went indoors to order and they had a please be patient sign up because of not enough staff. The young man who waited on me was very helpful. I asked him what his favorite sandwich was and he told me so I got it. They now have fruit beverages made with organic juice so I'm trying out the new BlackBerry mint. The manager shut the inside down so only drive-thru was available after a huge group of people came in and out after me. She was pretty snippy with me when I asked her where my food was and she pointed to pass that big group of people to let me know it was on the counter. I wasn't wearing a mask when I came into order before these people and definitely put one on to walk past them to get my order even though she might have been kind enough to hand it to me. I do love their dark roast coffee mixed with half decaf.
Early hours make it busy for breakfast, the line moves fast but, it's also long

We came to this Tim Hortons on oct.31 2021 we’ve been here before never with a problem but this time they gave us a medium when we ordered a large then the girl at the window rudely replied and disagreed. Which is whatever but then we look at the coffee and there is coffee grounds all in it. The drink was a large ice coffee no sugar two creams. The drink was full of sugar. When we called and talked to a manager she said “oh she must be new.” Referring to the girl at the window. If that is your excuse fix your training staff thankyou :)
Don't order threw the app and have it delivered. The restaurant automatically cancels your order, but still allows you to order threw the Tim Hortons app. I tried taking to the manager and they say it's not worth the fee they have to pay bc they don't get enough orders. Then why is that function available for that restaurant on the tim hortons app? That is not fair to the customer. There are other tim hortons in the area that have that function disabled. I won't go to this restaurant any more. The customer service is poor. All they say is it's not there fault. When i tried multiple times to explain to them that its something they need to fix, but they don't listen. All they say is here's a phone number for the app call them. Then they give you the wrong number. Then when you call back to try to get the correct phone number they don't answer.
This is the best tim hortons in the area. The staff is great!
Waited a little while but foods fresh and hot!
Been going through drive in a few times a week since the "pandemic" shut Michigan down. Staff super friendly, food consistent and service fast. My only gripe is that every three or four times, they rush order and meal could have used another 30 sec in oven.
Love the staff here!! Always super nice and welcoming, even asks about how my day is going :) my order always comes out right and there have never been any issues with my time here!
