This place is not open the hours they have posted. Closed over 45 minutes early, but they didn't answer the phone at an hour before. And there is no way to leave a voicemail for a manager. Extremely disappointing when you drive from another state that doesn't have these.
Would give 0 stars if possible. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFETIME! They always get orders wrong. This time, manager refused to accept it was wrong even though was listed correctly on the receipt. When asked to just refund my money, he SLAMMED the drive thru window in my face and said to talk to his supervisor although he is the owner? I have worked in fast food industry and have never seen a customer treated like this. I wonder what kind of "training" employees are getting here. Judging from prior reviews, Tim Hortons should just close this branch to avoid further hits to their brand. I will never visit again, would rather throw my money away then give it to them.
Update; 05/10/2022 DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY IN THIS LOCATIONS, RUDR EMPLOYES, INCOMPLETE ORDERS; VERY VERY LONG LINES.WENT TO PICK UP MY ONLINE ORDER AND WAS TOLD I NEED TO WAIT ON THE SIDE CAUSE HES BUSY WITH THE REST OF THE ORDERS! IT WAS A DONUT AND A COFFEE! EASY! INSTEAD I WAS TOLD THEY WONT MAKE MY ORDER TILL DONE WITH THE DRIVE THROUGH.WORSE SERVICE EVER! AFTER 2 YEARS I HAD NO CHOICE TO STOP HERE AND WASNT WRONG! IS THE WORST LOCATION!It was 9:15am and the lady who was working 11/27/2020 i was placing my order and she Told me i can only get black coffee or lemonade, they only serving that. We also saw 3 cars leaving wihtout order; Are u serious? All u can offer is black coffe? Never coming back to this location, still prefer starbucks, and Tim hortons by Washtenaw Av.
Drive through is filled with 8-12 inch deep potholes, avoid it if you like having wheels on your car. Food was good though.
Once again, they are back to closing with no notice. I arrived at 5pm with the store hours posted as 6am-7pm.While someone could understand them having to close early occasionally, the fact that all the signage is still lit (including the 'open' sign and the menu board) shows a real lack of customer service.This points directly towards a management issue than an employee one.Plus, be very careful in the drive through lane. The potholes could easily have you losing a wheel or an axle.
Horrible experience. Worst Tim Horton I have ever been to. From the closed dining room ( with no signage ), to the pot hole crater filled parking lot, to the cold breakfast sandwich with a hunk of cold unmelted cheese. Don't waste your time or money.
This has to be one of the most positive stores I've ever been to the staff are so friendly and always eager to help great customer service!
Just stopped at this location (Michigan and Hewitt) Riad and ordered 2 small iced cappacinos. I was charged $7.19 which I'm sure is the cost of medium. The drinks were not even full! It seems like they always mess up my order at this location. I will NOT go back to this location and recommend no one wastes their money by going there!
What a horrible experience this morning. We tried to get a quick breakfast and we’re told after waiting 5 minutes with no cars in line that they had no donuts. After ordering sandwiches and pulling forward, the person took our card and disappeared, we saw her 8 minutes later dropping tongs on the floor and then reusing them for our food. She then made our drinks which were wrong. We told her to cancel our order and she proceeded to yell us at “Why the F*** did we waste her time”. Well I am sorry we did not food poisoning. Not sure what was happening in her world but OMG what a bad experience and we probably got charged for it.
12/3/21 10am Have tried several times this morning to place a large order for our school and they never answered the phone. Gonna try Dunkin Donuts next.
