Great place to eat and getting better everyday

Cash only on the inside but since I had a trailer going thru the drive thru wasn't possible so they took care of us! Very helpful

I've been here a total of twice. The first time there were about three cars ahead of me and it took more than 15 minutes without a single car moving I left the line and did not get my food.My second experience with this location was the exact opposite. Four people in front of me in line and the line went very very quickly.

They are NEVER ready at 6:00-6:30am. They have people inside the building who will let you sit at the drive-thru for 30-minutes without even acknowledging you, or saying a word. AT LEAST acknowledge the customer and tell them what time you will be ready??? (even though you should be ready at your opening time!!!!) … but they arrive late to work everyday. This place is so horrific.

It was an ok experience. The doors were locked so it was difficult to determine if they were open or not. The drive thru was pretty speedy.

Two of the menu monitors not working, worker was talking so quiet I couldn't hear her at the speaker or the window, charged us for the meals when we asked not to be, and the sandwiches were not as pictured on the one working screen. Different bread and pitiful meat.

This Tim Horton’s has the worst customer service. I will admit that their sandwiches are good, which is why I keep trying. When I ask for a chicken salad sandwich, THAT is what I want. I don’t want tuna salad as a replacement because you are out of chicken salad. I want you to TELL me you are out of chicken salad so I can decide to go elsewhere. And when I call, it would be really nice for someone to pick up the phone. Is tuna salad good? Yes, but what if I happen to have an allergy? You don’t just replace an item because you don’t have what a customer asks for. My order is correct right around 20% of the time when I work up the courage to go here. Why is it so difficult to read a screen and get the order right or TELL someone you’re out of something? I know nobody cares, but you honestly could get so much more of my business if you’d get my orders correct. I know I can’t be the only one.

Worst Timmy's in the area. When you arrive, flip a coin to see if they're actually open during posted hours. Flip another coin to find out whether they have what you want. Flip another coin for your second choice. Flip another coin to see if they make it the way you asked. Flip another coin to see if there's hair in your food when you get it. Pass, pass, pass.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese and they didn't even put the cream cheese on they gave me a little tube of Philadelphia cream cheese not tim hortons. They didn't even give me a knife to spread it with and there wasn't enough cream cheese for the whole bagel. I go to tim hortons and pay to have my breakfast prepared for me not to make it myself. This was ridiculous and extremely disappointing!

Always a good experience from my stand point. Kind and apologetic when things are delayed. I tend to order large amounts of coffee and always willing to come bring it out to my car and help. Thank you!
