Its good when you can actually catch them open and willing to actually make your food... i stopped going because it doesn't seem to matter what time of day i go or what day i go they are always closed or "the system is down"
I write this about most fast food places: when they're doing things right, it's really good. The question about any fast food is whether or not they're consistently doing things right.The answer for this Taco Bell location is: they're pretty much doing things right 90% of the time. This location can have a little bit of a wait, but they get the orders right and they take care with assembly. The wait has always been reasonable in my experience - 3 to 8 minutes is typical in my experience. If you like Taco Bell, this is a good location.
If I could give negative stars for this review, I totally would. This is the worst Taco Bell on the face of this planet. We live less then 2 miles from this place so we have given them countless chances, but it’s as almost like they strive for mediocrity. Orders messed up several times, and now FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, they have been out of several items and there computer system is down. And they are so rude about it too, like we are inconveniencing them or something. This Taco Bell is straight up trash and I will never ever go here again.
We use to love this tocobell. I don’t know what happened. My daughter lives on tocobell lol and Ellsworth one is right down the street, And the past 5 times we go through the drive thru they say….. “we’re not taking orders right now”!!! So we stopped going for about 2 weeks and decided to try one more time the other day…. And what do u know….. “Sorry our system is down”!!! Naw the whole tocobell bout to be closed down yall turning away all this money!!!
Twice within the last few weeks my fiance and I have walked to this location to place a to go order. Both times doors were locked with no signage indicating the dining room isn't open
The last few times I've been here they have been unable to take orders for a variety of reasons, despite people being in the building. Seems like a waste to have someone in the building working the drive thru just to say they can't take your order because no one else is working.
Window clerk had an attitude. Food portions were small. Line was long. Food tasted good but rice was hard and probably old.

This location is not operational. The staff inside will say they are taking orders in 10-15 minutes to each and every person that goes through the drive thru. They never actually take orders.
My son loves the food and the great value for items. Can't go wrong here.
